Hello. Today, I wanted to re-record at the salon for another time via Instagram, but I couldn't, and in response I received a message that I couldn't record online, because there are recording restrictions for me. I wrote to the salon to find out what the reason was. In response, they wrote to me that the program had blocked me due to the fact that I was canceling recordings, and they wrote that I appreciated my time and theirs. A question has arisen. Their recording rules say that it is allowed to cancel a recording 24 hours in advance. I've canceled recordings for 30, 70, and 96 hours or more. I have never violated the rules, because I understand that the master also plans his time and respected this. So whose time am I not appreciating??? I think the answer is rude. It turns out that this salon is completely not customer-oriented. If you walk around and don't cancel anything, they treat you with a smile, if you cancel and reschedule, they immediately block you, and you don't need such clients. I am very sorry for the craftsmen who work there, they are not bad, they try to do their job. And because of this attitude of the administration, they lose customers and money that they could earn.
Is it worth visiting this salon? It's your choice whether to go to a salon where such an attitude will be towards you, or look for another salon where customers are appreciated.

I was in this studio for several treatments: laser, cosmetology and massage! The result after the laser is simply amazing! I did a hardware massage, the body has changed for the better, I definitely advise you. Cosmetology- the master did a facial cleansing, advised home care. I really liked it, I advise you from the bottom of my heart 🤍
