I've been here several times. Nice place, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. They cook here for a solid 4, you can advise both for casual and for a simple event. The service is also excellent. In general, it's a good place with a pleasant atmosphere, but without the "WOW" effect.

They came to the establishment, called the waiter, no one came up, the girl walked around, saw that the guests had come, didn't even come up, called again and it was 7 times she didn't come up, although she saw that people were waiting until we called, and she said that I couldn't come up to you, turned around and left (PS was not happy )Although I could have accepted the order and moved on, there weren't many people! We sat and waited for 20-30 minutes, spent time and left, as she did not come up, but stood outside and smoked!
I don't understand how such employees are kept and spoil the reputation of the restaurant, thank you for not sending yet.
I do not RECOMMEND this place to either visitors or locals, you will waste your time!

Once again, having arrived, we decided with our family to taste a delicious barbecue, I was previously familiar with the institution. It was in the morning, we came in, the waiter brought the menu, I already knew in advance what I would order, asked to place an order, the girl apologized, said that she was not our waiter , left. Then she came back and said that she would be our waiter. I thought well and duplicated the order again . We ordered kebabs , caesar , French fries , sauces , lattes . The wait was very long , I think OK , they cook meat. An hour later , they brought a barbecue , ordered a neck , brought a balik , as if it were okay . After cutting off a piece, I was confused by the smell of rotten .... doubting, she asked to try and smell her sister, she was also confused by this smell .... Since there was more than one piece , I decided to try another one , it was very fried and over - salted . Let me remind you that I order kebabs all the time in this place. After asking the waiter to check , they took the dish away , said everything was fine with it , the smell says there is , the meat is homemade . I asked again why they hadn 't warned me about such new products 🤷♀️And she said that I would not pay for such a dish . It 's not pleasant . I remained very hungry . To which the waiter said that you would have to pay . I repeated again that I would not pay for the missing and over-salted meat. I paid for everything else. When I returned with the check , I said that I had a card payment , I waited for 15-20 minutes again ... everything was very long . To which they replied that their device was loaded for a long time . They also replied with a threat that they would no longer serve me in this institution . Customer orientation is a big zero , apparently . Terrible atmosphere and today's food . I'm giving you a minus sign! And this is very unprofessional behavior regarding respect for guests. I think you should think about who your employees are. And I also asked to take the meat to an independent examination, where they did not give it to me, saying that they had allegedly already been sterilized. It's a pity I did not have time to take a picture of what lunch I had today.

Of course, I have never eaten such meat. Just a piece of tire (rubber). It's disgustingly simple! Eggplant is more or less, but also not what was expected. Unimaginably delicious and healthy fruit tea with sea buckthorn, I forgot the exact name) the taste is specific, the sourness of sea buckthorn and orange is felt, the play of light spices and honey, the aftertaste is gently citrus. They asked to transfer to another room if a table was available, the waiter did not do this, although the tables were free. That is, laziness to carry our food and hookah above all! Well, the policy of all Lugansk establishments is not to let you pay at the terminal in any case! Conclusion: they do not work with the staff, they do not check for knowledge of the menu! The waiter with a dissatisfied face, was in no hurry to clean the table ... no one gave us an answer, at what time we could sit down.. at this point, 2 tables had already been vacated ... the waiter was just rude and continued to adjust the pillows.. There is no service, no maintenance..previously, we often visited the institution, we no longer plan to.

On the advice of a friend I wanted to celebrate my birthday,I called on the phone, the girl answered, asked her how to book a table for December 27 (accordingly, I understand that I need to make a pre-order and pay in advance) the phone was apparently on speakerphone and the man next to the girl answered "nothing" in a rude voice🤦♀️
The girl tried to fix the situation, but already an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
