I give 3 stars, only for the taste of shawarma. The shawarma was juicy and delicious. But the French fries were very soft, with some pieces of carrots and roasts 🤷
About the service: Anastasia said that the order should wait 7 minutes. We ordered 2 mushroom shawarma and French fries. Our order was issued after 20 minutes, but the order contained only 1 shawarma and French fries. They immediately approached Anastasia and said, as a result, they heard "oh, just a second." In the end, that second lasted another 20 MINUTES, and we ended up spending 40 minutes there. 40 MINUTES TO PREPARE AN ORDER WITH A HALF-EMPTY ROOM? Even in the KFS, they cook much faster with a heavy workload. When we were here last time, they added some kind of lemonade to the order, which we did not order. Now this place has become the worst!! Hire normal workers!!! And not those who will stand up to vilify all customers 🤨

This is spitting in the face and disrespectful to the client. That is, you are in 30-minute heat or sitting in their stuffy, unventilated room with terrible music, or standing like a fool on the street, or sitting in the car.
45 minutes, Carl! During this time, in establishments like la salute and beans, the most difficult dish will be prepared for you at full load.
And here, with a completely empty hall, during this time they cannot wrap the finished filling in a pancake. Hand-forehead.
When you count on fast food, it's 10, well, a maximum of 20 minutes. It's better to buy wings in a nearby KFS, cook for 5 minutes and it tastes better.
I will never come here again and will never recommend this place to anyone!!

They were so hungry, they ordered shawarma with salads. Our house is 5 minutes away by car. Yandex. food accepted the order, it took 20-30 minutes to wait. Then it was written we are waiting for the courier to deliver the order at 22:10+-. The order was cancelled at 22:30. They say they didn't find a courier. As a result, there is nowhere to order and shawarma is not made nearby.
