I give 3 stars, only for the taste of shawarma. The shawarma was juicy and delicious. But the French fries were very soft, with some pieces of carrots and roasts 🤷 About the service: Anastasia said that the order should wait 7 minutes. We ordered 2 mushroom shawarma and French fries. Our order was issued after 20 minutes, but the order contained only 1 shawarma and French fries. They immediately approached Anastasia and said, as a result, they heard "oh, just a second." In the end, that second lasted another 20 MINUTES, and we ended up spending 40 minutes there. 40 MINUTES TO PREPARE AN ORDER WITH A HALF-EMPTY ROOM? Even in the KFS, they cook much faster with a heavy workload. When we were here last time, they added some kind of lemonade to the order, which we did not order. Now this place has become the worst!! Hire normal workers!!! And not those who will stand up to vilify all customers 🤨

During this time, in establishments like la salute and beans, the most difficult dish will be prepared for you at full load. And here, with a completely empty hall, during this time they cannot wrap the finished filling in a pancake. Hand-forehead. When you count on fast food, it's 10, well, a maximum of 20 minutes. It's better to buy wings in a nearby KFS, cook for 5 minutes and it tastes better. I will never come here again and will never recommend this place to anyone!! Ruined the evening and the mood.

They were so hungry, they ordered shawarma with salads. Our house is 5 minutes away by car. Yandex. food accepted the order, it took 20-30 minutes to wait. Then it was written we are waiting for the courier to deliver the order at 22:10+-. The order was cancelled at 22:30. They say they didn't find a courier. As a result, there is nowhere to order and shawarma is not made nearby. It probably can't be worse when you wait like that and something like that happens. That is, you made our order, did not find a courier, and that's it. Or they didn't even start making the order and decided to cancel it after 40 minutes of waiting… Hurtful

21.12.23 Cheese shawarma 500g, was underweight 35g, but it doesn't matter if it was delicious. 4-5 pieces of meat for the whole shawarma, the rest is cabbage soup. I used to take shawarma from girls, and different ones on different shifts, the shawarma was super, not to find fault. The guys are friendly, but it's better to be a waiter.

Ждали заказ долго. Надо сделать вытяжки. Кофе как в автомате на парковке, картошка фри- будто из крахмала и прогорклое масло во фритюре. Шаурма сухая, но капусты и огурцов …

Хочу передать всем свое внутреннее ращочарование. Когда покупакшь через приложение, у тебя накапливаются баллы, ты их собираешь чтобы себя в будующем порадовать. И вот наступает день, хочешь заказать, а тут на тебе, оказывается ими нельзя воспользоваться. Набираешь, спрашиваешь, в ответ как то вот так. Спасибо

Раньше было очень вкусно! Пробовал в один день две разных шаурмы.Толи смена такая, Толи вообще разучились готовить(Все сухое и невкусное.В добавок заказал соус "Барбекю" , прекрасно понимаю какой он должен быть на вкус и вид. Мне вместо него положили обычный томатный соус со вкусом барбекю.... Как со светофора... Вообщем все ушло в помойку ... Полное разочарование.

Раньше была очень вкусная.Брали 2 раза последних,это ужас!Одна капуста,мясо в середине пару кусков,лаваш размокший,мясо горелое,сухая. Лучше без шавухи,чем такая!

Делали сегодня заказ, все вообще фу, салат Цезарь, мясо воняет просрочкай, сухарей яйц в салате нет, соуса очень мало. Шаурма вообще ни о чём , картона опять же ни какая, не рекомендую, не берите ни чего, вообще ни чего не вкусное. Звёздочка ни зачто, не бери ни чего фууууу

Здравствуйте. Сегодня доставка "порадовала". Курьер позвонил и сказала подойти к машине забрать. Спрашивается зачем мне курьер? При чем доставка платная.

Покупала раньше часто салат цезарь . И каждый раз он разный. То огурцы положат, то помидоров нет, сухари...то есть, то нету... Обычно в цезаре есть яйца, но только ни в этом( но и в меню в составе их нет, поэтому особо внимания не обращаю на это) Мясо сухое. Сыр...тоже самое, захотят-посыпят, не захотят-нет.Одна капуста и соус. Фу. Уж лучше рядом в KFC сходить Шаурма через раз. Иногда нормальная, а иногда сухая на столько, что приходится половину лаваша выкидывать

Воняет дымом, гарью, едой и прочим. Внутри находится не очень приятно потому что одежду потом нужно стирать сразу. Вкусный капучино. Сделайте вытяжку!

Долго готовят, вытяжка плохо работает, в заведении стоит неприятный запах. Летом кондиционер не работает. По вкусу так себе.
