I decided to try the lunch menu at the Shefshaurma restaurant, but, unfortunately, I was disappointed. The staff was unfriendly, and the communication left an unpleasant impression. At the same time, the wait for the order was about 20 minutes, despite the complete absence of other visitors, although the format of the institution assumes a quick delivery. I would like to mention the quality of the salad separately: it was cold, mushrooms and tomatoes created the feeling of products that had been left for a very long time — the taste and freshness left much to be desired. It was unpleasant to eat the salad. At the same time, the shawarma itself turned out to be delicious, which is especially offensive against the background of the rest. Overall, the impression is negative: the service and quality of individual items on the lunch menu do not meet expectations. I hope the management will pay attention to the service and the freshness of the ingredients.
