We decided to relax in Baku, took the sheraton (Marriott), which was tested in other cities and countries, but we did not expect such a horror with rooms in any way!!!! we had an Intourist room with a sea view from a balcony. at first, they settled on the 2nd floor 240. the room is just a "dead" hygienic shower flowing, everything is dirty everywhere, old, the headboard is torn. It's not even 2 stars, it's a hangout!!!!We had a fight. the staff is, in principle, good and responsive. They gave me another room 2 floors above. The picture is a little better, but it's still very far from 5 stars!!! In general, apart from the sea view and the staff, there is nothing like that. Either the manager is not working well, or the employees are not listening to him. by the way, the breakfasts are also so-so. cheese and meat are smoked, juices from bags (there are no freshly squeezed ones) 24.10.24 I changed from 2 stars to 4, purely because of the guys at the reception, they are great. Finally, on the 4th day, they guessed to bring wine and fruit And the cleaning has remained poor...
