Recently we visited the place with friends, and we had only positive impressions! The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly, which made our evening really special.
The staff is simply amazing! They were not only polite, but also very attentive.
The menu also pleased us — the variety of drinks allowed us to try something new and enjoy the classics that are unchanged for us. We had a wonderful evening. We will definitely come back again! We recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to have a good time with friends!

One star for the interior and atmosphere, another for the very enthusiastic bartender who made very tasty author's cocktails at our request and tried to make our stay more comfortable. But otherwise...
There is no service. At the very beginning, the order was made at the bar, because no one came up to us, they waited for food for more than 40 minutes (there were two frying pans and a hodgepodge in the order) - again, they came to find out themselves, because there was a feeling that they had forgotten about us. As a result, the food was brought to everyone at the same time, but one of the dishes was already cold, apparently it was cooked first. The dishes were taken away when the next order was brought - a beer set, which, by the way, we also waited for half an hour and received not particularly hot. Yes, they couldn't order it either, sitting at a table, we went inside to make an order. The beer was updated once, then we went to the bar ourselves, taking empty glasses there in parallel so as not to sit with a pile of dirty dishes. Those cocktails were also ordered at the bar and the bartender personally brought them. Just an example of a situation that was at the very beginning - we went to find out where our food was, the waiters were standing at the keeper talking, at the sight of us they went into the kitchen. Then it was the bartender who explained the situation and apologized for the delay. By the way, we were on Saturday after 23, there was no full landing from the word at all.
The food is not bad, it probably also depends on the dish. I liked the pans in general, I liked the beer set very much, but the hodgepodge upset me - it was liquid, the broth was not rich (as if for 15 rubles you could at least throw some sausages into it).
And the cherry on the cake. We were not given part of the change (partially paid in cash). About a ruble was missing, a trifle, but it was just the last straw. I understand there may not be any coins, but then tell me about it when you take out the change and no questions. And when it happens silently, under the guise that this is how it should be, it is a deception.
It is clear that a lot of money was invested in the opening of the institution, but they forgot about the recruitment of staff (namely, waiters). I hope the management will pay attention to this. We'll take a look in a few months, I want to believe that this time there will be more hospitality)

The worst place I've ever been, it's like I found myself in a Cinderella fairy tale where a carriage turns into a pumpkin at 12:00. We came at 20 00 ordered food and beer, surprisingly everything was brought quickly, the waitress was friendly, at eleven something we ordered a hookah, the hookah is so-so, but not the point, closer to 12 the hookah just comes and takes the hookah, I'm a little crazy from such a service, at the same time the waitress comes up and starts telling that they have a shift change and need to pay off, well, they paid off, after 12 waitresses were blown away by the wind, catching one of them in the hall, he asked for beer, to which he received an answer go to the bar and order there, going to the bar he waited a couple of minutes until the bartender talked to another person, when asked to pour beer he received an answer that the taps are not working, after which I realized that it was time to get out of this mess. Okay, the hosts decided to save on staff and kitchen after twelve, although it's strange people would order both food and drinks, but why don't the waiters warn that after 12 neither food nor draft beer can be ordered?

Anyone who is interested in hanging out, drinking, eating, dancing, smoking a hookah. The kitchen does not work until late, like until 22.00. Hookah only on weekends. 50-50 on the quality of the hookah, the last time the hookah was upset .., but the overall atmosphere is good. The table was booked on the second floor, while the receptionist did not say a word that there were no air conditioners on the second floor, but only fans (which we learned only from the waiter). The cold air from the fan did not even reach our table. It was very hot, and it was impossible to stay there for a long time. At 22:30, a waiter came up to us and said that in an hour the lights would be turned off on the second floor, because there would be dancing on the second floor. They didn't have any tables to move to. This was also not reported in advance. In the end, they didn't give us a discount in honor of our birthday, we had to remind them about it additionally. This place has completely disappointed me and all my guests. Unfortunately, it was not in the bathhouse that I wanted to celebrate my birthday.

I booked a table a month before my birthday. 4 days before the celebration, the call says that the administrator did not see that they had a sunny day on that day and accepted my entry. It's very unpleasant. As an apology, they offered another day and a 10% discount (on a birthday and so a discount).

I went to a stand-up concert there, I liked the concert, but I didn't like the place. We gave 2 chances to this institution.
The first experience of visiting was not very positive, but we decided to give a second chance, because the institution has not been working for so long.
For the second time, it became clear that poor service is not an accident, but a pattern.
The food was cooked for a very long time, they ordered beer sets, when they brought everything was absolutely cold and did not match the dried gram, they also ordered author's tea, which was cooked for about 40 minutes, and when they brought it it was also absolutely cold and the kettle was exactly half full.
Hookah is another separate story, we were the only table that ordered it, at first the hookah master came to us for 20 minutes, then they cooked it for another half hour and subsequently there was no hookah service.
The establishment, which positions itself as a pub, could not provide all guests with glass glasses for beer, and it was served in plastic cups.
As for alcoholic cocktails, it was said that there was nothing available, and sparkling wine was not served in glasses, you could only buy a bottle.
On the positive side, it is worth noting the interior and location, that's all.

No one noticed our absence, they hoped for good reviews.
