They are charging the price for some minor work. Whenever possible, they try to absolve themselves of responsibility for the quality of their work. Example: they suggested knocking down the "swollen nuts" on infiniti because the standard head (21) does not fit on them. They said that the work was at least for an hour and a half and the appropriate price. In another service, the nuts were unscrewed with a pneumatic pistol with a head one size larger (22), it took 25 minutes to balance and re-inflate without inflating the price....
