I called in advance and asked if they could patch the tire, then I found the screws, to which they replied yes, come on. I arrived, they tell me we can't do it, there's no milling cutter. Why couldn't I say this over the phone so that I wouldn't take a taxi to them and spend my money?

I went to this tire service based on reviews on Yandex. The services justified the reviews. Nice workers, everything was changed quickly. I was driving on tires on the highway, nothing hits, so we balanced perfectly. I read that somewhere on the tire shops they raise the car incorrectly (they put a jack under the thresholds), everything is fine here, they immediately checked where to put it. The only disadvantage is that you cannot pay for the service with a card, only in cash.
