I didn't like it, I changed into summer bridgestone tires, they did the balancing, the vibration started, I paid the money, arrived, rechecked, said that everything was fine with me, they took the money for balancing again. I went to another tire service, all four wheels were rebalanced, everything fell into place! I don't recommend it. Audi A6 c7.

I do not advise you to even look in the direction of this company. I bought tires from Avtoseti, by the way, greetings to them too for the recommendation of shinomontazh24. So, Avtoset offers its supposedly partners to replace tires. I came to replace it, it was changed at a discount. "In this case, it turned out that the miser pays twice." I didn't think much of it right away, but after a few days I went out of town and realized that the car was moving away, and I had to keep the steering wheel slightly to the left to stay in the lane. I come back to the tire service: "So, they say, and so, everything was fine on the winter tires, I changed your tires and it started to lead away." The "master" replies, "I don't know anything, it's only a problem of collapse." OK, I'm calling the wreckers, and I'm getting an answer.: "First of all, check the balancing and maybe swap the wheels." I'm already on my way to another tire fitting, and voila - (the wheels are disgustingly balanced!) They swapped places with the words: "It happens." Two points and that's for the mode of operation.

I shod the wheels in advance in another place - we took 25p with balancing. I came to rearrange them on the car, decided to double-check the balance - 40 grams were glued to all four wheels. I ask for the price and show the discount one - they tell me that with a 20% discount the cost is 56p, but rounded up to 55. Is it possible without a 70p discount? For what? Unscrew and screw 16 nuts and glue 4 times 10 grams? CONSIDERING THAT THE TIRES ARE ALREADY IN CASTING, THE REMOVAL OF RUBBER FROM THE DISC AND ONTO THE DISC WAS NOT CARRIED OUT. Let them plug their technological holes with their discount card, it is thrown out immediately. I'm not naked anymore. Smooth roads for everyone, but not to them. Please forget the way to them.

The prices are out of mind, and considerable, in comparison with competitors.
The discount card says "20% discount on any services".
In fact: "the discount applies to dismantling, installation, balancing, but not to another type of service (disk cleaning). So it's still a deception: according to the price list, for disassembly / assembly R13 5.00p, balancing 5.00p, disk cleaning (the discount does not apply to this type of service) - 5.00p
. From 10.00p (for disassembly / assembly) there should have been a 20% discount, i.e. 2 rubles, but it was not.
And it's not so much about these pennies as it is about deception. Prices are already too high, compared to other tire shops, and there is also an obvious deception.
PS A friend once called them on the phone, found out the price, they called it, then he mentioned that he had a discount card, and they replied that this price was already taking into account the discount)))
In general, I concluded for myself that I would NEVER go there again.

The second star for past achievements. I really wanted to find the owner of this institution and ask him to unscrew the wheels after his craftsmen. But he used to be proud of it. In general, as usual, they slipped down. It is equally disgusting both in the season and in the off-season: slowly, sometimes tolerably and carelessly. But the wheels are in bags.

We drove off with a cut of rubber, so I told horror stories about the fact that alloy wheels cut rubber and disks need to be changed urgently, they sniffed Chinese disks for 500 rubles (as it turned out later during operation, I was already 7 times a hundred with disc sparking for six months), so they also did not screw the wheel, it's good that the speed was low and I had a set of keys with me, but otherwise it would have been a disaster.

So far, the only tire shop in Polotsk that I have seen where bolts are clamped with a torque wrench! Despite the workload, I changed my shoes without any problems due to the first snow, although it took a little longer than usual. One of the disadvantages is beating at speeds over 140 km/h... Unfortunately, the balancing was not done perfectly... But this is a disaster for the campaign of all tire shops in Polotsk / Novopolotsk.
