Big & clean rooms, nice prices, good location

I often do. A lot has been done , often updating the interior and assortment in restaurants . Everything is always delicious. I visited the beauty salon several times: once my nails were ruined , I didn 't know that the new manicurist . The second thing I did was a perm , I don 't recommend it , the hair was spinning so much that I still feel pain . Shampooing : this has never happened in any salon , Karina twisted her neck so much that it still hurts . I don't recommend it.

A pompously beautiful ceremonial banquet hall. An average hotel on the riverbank, almost always full of guests, but it does not interfere, it is quiet. There are rooms in need of renovation. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.a huge breakfast buffet.on the top floor there is a good beauty salon with all services.

From the good: polite and smiling staff, the rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, quite tasty breakfasts, convenient location of the hotel, the maids work well.
Of the minuses: significantly more expensive than similar hotels in Almaty, Astana and Shymkent, the rooms are below standard plus very dull (just plain dull and dirty, but clean), the food is delivered to the rooms is quite tasty, but significantly more expensive than similar for delivery from other establishments, the laundry work (clothes eyes) was not particularly impressed I iron my shirts better...
Overall a good place, but not for these prices.

He lived in a standard double room,
There was no window to the street, there was a window - there was no street behind it, there was a corridor and doors to other rooms outside my window, I was very surprised...to put it mildly!!! The room is very stuffy, I had to sleep with the air conditioner on. The bathtub is tiny, I have never seen such a bathtub, it is a plastic cocoon, made of fiberglass and painted yellow. The sink is tiny, the shower cabin in this "cocoon" is of medium size. The bed is normal, I slept well. I went to the hotel at four o'clock at night, at 4 a.m. I just went to bed, and at 08.26 a.m. the locksmith began hammering something very LOUDLY for a long time and very intensively!!!! I endured it, got up, found the booklet, found the administrator's number, called the reception, with indignation in my voice I tried to find out what kind of "bullshit" it was!? To which I was rude to say that the door is being repaired and actually we already have the right! I cursed and went angry, and not getting enough sleep in this creepy microscopic bath....I went to breakfast, I was not very satisfied with the kitchen, but figs with it. I came home from breakfast and went back to bed. And lo and behold, the hotel also has a puncher!!!! That's where I ended up staying in the room. I did not take pictures of it, I did not plan to leave a review. But Yandex persistently reminded me of this))

I read reviews, and I'm surprised how people write that this is a good hotel, terrible rooms, passing from another country, found this hotel, and then they gave us a room that just stank of cigarettes, the whole bathroom was dirty, a cupboard with crumbs, came to the reception changed, did not even apologize, gave another room, it was more or less clean, we were very tired, and it didn't matter, there was a small bottle of water in the room, and apparently there was no more, the phone was lying, but there were no numbers to contact anyone, run to the receptionist again to ask?!in general, I will never come here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone, such a beautiful building, but it's just terrible inside, especially for not a little money

The last time I stayed at this hotel was 15 years ago, not much has changed. The breakfast and rooms are not bad, clean. It's time to make repairs in the rooms. But the most annoying thing is the plastic capsule in the bathroom!!! The washbasin is only for hands, very small for washing.

One of the best hotels in Ust-Kamenogorsk, but I must say right away that it is also one of the most expensive and much more expensive than hotels of the same class in Almaty and Astana. Honest 3 🌟. The rooms are clean, the furniture is normal. Economy rooms are small and some have no windows outside. Very quiet at night. The breakfast is a good buffet, but without a huge variety. Special thanks for the fish and turtle on the forehead :). The staff and service are very good. And a mega unusual bathroom :)
