We naturally began to resent ... only then, as a favor, with a very dissatisfied look, they offered to transfer us. As a result, we were not transferred because, apparently, there were no free tables, the administrator apparently expected that we would get up and leave, ending our vacation earlier due to the fact that they decided to put someone at our table, absurd! The day before the event and on the day of the event, the administrator importunately called and clarified how long we would be there, maybe we would leave by the beginning of the show program, that is, people should tell them in advance how much they would like to rest there ... it's strange! As a conclusion... they want to seat more guests at a table in the evening and earn more money! Our evening was ruined! Customer focus is at zero…

We went with the company to this institution. What can I say: the service is disgusting. They don't give a damn about customers at all, the arrogance of employees is visible from afar. We ordered a set for beer (potatoes, nuggets, onion rings, smoked cheese and sausages, croutons with garlic 950 g), but for some reason they did not deign to put sausages and cheese and of the declared 950g, there were 350 grams no more. The question is, this is not arrogance on the part of the institution, but it was taken as it should be and it is not cheap. There were also many questions about tea drinks. They brought some strange glasses for tea, and then there were two different ones, but two glass ones that it was impossible to take hold of. The evening was ruined, I didn't want to just swear. I will not recommend this place to anyone. P.S. to the management: teach your employees about normal maintenance, you don't have to be so arrogant

A great place in this part of Minsk. This is the same Mint Hookah I do not smoke( ☕️ and 🫖 are delicious, from the word they taste very good. My favorite place!!!! If you want to sit quietly, then on weekdays the atmosphere is Chill Out. The guys will pick up the taste of tobacco so that it is not possible to break away later, and they score it very competently. Delicious and fragrant tea drinks that can be drunk by the whole company, because they bring a large kettle. You can cut yourself in the console .
