We visited this place and ordered gongbao chicken rice and beef wok. There are no complaints about the service — it was cooked quickly, in 10 minutes. However, the food was disappointing. The chicken was in an extremely hot sauce, and it was almost impossible to eat it (we rarely eat spicy food): after a few bites, my ears hurt and I felt dizzy. The beef in the wok wasn't good either—the meat was tough. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.

The staff wasn't very polite, but the place wasn't bad. The ramen was cooked very quickly, which is nice. The dish matches the photo from the menu. The taste is good, except that I didn't like the broth very much, as if from Doshirak. Noodles and beef are delicious and chewy. The only vegetables are cabbage and green onions. This is not bad, but in my opinion, there is not enough brightness of taste. Overall, it's a good ramen, the way it should be, but it feels like it's just for once. Will I come back here again? Probably not

To be honest, the expectations were quite different. The whole concept of the institution has been lost — previously, the trick was to order through the window (or at least in the issue through it), but now you need to place an order at the checkout and pick it up there. Then what is the meaning of the whole idea of the format? The atmosphere and uniqueness just disappeared. There are also questions about food: ramen is served in plastic dishes, and the appliances are also plastic. It's inconvenient to eat them, especially noodles. This greatly reduces the cost of the impression and does not meet the expectations of an institution with such a concept at all. As a result, it feels like the place has lost its identity. I would like to see the thoughtfulness and the original idea returned.
