Heating is supplied immediately with the onset of cold days, so you can safely put a short-sleeve T-shirt under your jacket for your child. There is a 24-hour security at the entrance. They teach not only English and Kyrgyz, but I also saw a Chinese classroom and a dance classroom. The dining room is large and designed for the presence of 4 classes at once, next to a separate table for teachers and a buffet.
