The worst place possible!
Firstly, the lack of competent people, not only in work, but also in communicating with customers!
Secondly, my new sandals were completely disfigured and ruined!
I brought the shoes on 07/24/24 to repair the fittings and that's what they gave me (the first 2 photos).
This is a nightmare! I said that this was not a job and I was not going to pay for it, I made a claim in writing and demanded to fix the work or refund the money for the damaged shoes!
For another week and a half, these "professionals" tried to fix their "work", if it can even be called that!(these are the next 2 more photos)
This result, accordingly, did not suit me and they fixed this horror for another 2 days! What I got in the end was the last 3 photos!
I took the sandals and after 15 minutes a bolt from the hardware fell off, I returned to present my claims to them, and these scammers just glued it with glue and so sloppily!!! I'm furious!
They refuse to return the money, and the shoes are not cheap, although it does not matter! Even if it's shoes for 5 rubles, the service must be performed efficiently!
In my defense, they told me the phrase: "Well, you know, they did it in puffs, so that's how it was."
It's just mind-boggling how incompetent a person can be in their job, which they claim they have been working in for 20 years!
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! When I brought the shoes for repair, the employee did not make any act to perform the work, no checks, absolutely no documents about her upcoming work and at the end of the story no documents about the work done. The only thing they gave me was an iron token with a number. The question remains: is all this activity being carried out legally?! Or they just sit there and mercilessly fool people!
If they don't care so much about their customers and people, then all this will come back to them in the same boomerang!
For a whole month my shoes were lying with them and it's unclear how they treated them, and they are not ready to take responsibility for the lack of their competence!
Absolutely tactless amateurs !

The repair was done, but the quality leaves the best, they took 15 rubles for gluing one shoe. When I read the review about the time, I did not believe it because I used this repair for a long time, I was told to come the next day after 17:00, everything is fine, but when I came after 17:00, I was told it was not ready yet come by 18:30 -19:00, while they are already at 19:00 closed.
My opinion is that they are starred

ECCO shoes were repaired twice, different shoes, I was satisfied, the threads were picked up to match the old ones. For the price, I did not say that it was expensive, rather cheap.

I used to go there, but now I'm not going
I came to fix my shoes, which were absolutely necessary the next day.
They told me that everything would be done by seven, they took a room... I came in at seven.
It was very naive of me not to look at the work schedule
but
They took my number. And I said several times that shoes are needed in an emergency. Did they hear me? No.
Maybe it's too brazen, but you could have called and warned. After all, it's not a penny to pay for repairs.
At the moment, I do not know how to solve the problem with shoes, because I need them in the morning, before they open. Perhaps I will look for a place with more responsible employees.
