There is no customer service. The seller's face is as unhappy as possible.
Pricing in general for all confectionery shops in the city is not clear to me. The feeling that the cakes are made of gold is no different, although there is not much choice of confectionery. In Mogilev, confectionery prices are twice as low and the choice is twice as large!

Arrangements (in person at the pastry shop, not even by phone) with this pastry shop mean nothing. WE WERE LEFT WITHOUT a cake on the child's BIRTHDAY. It is not possible to reach the pastry chef by order. The receptionist didn't even apologize. I do not recommend it. The holiday is ruined.

You need to carry a tray of drinks by yourself, trying not to spill it, which is very inconvenient! And the phrase of the employee "clean up the dishes" is not for a cafe, but for an ordinary dining room. And this is with an empty establishment and two bored workers.

But people come in all the time and buy something, despite the fact that it was a weekday and morning. So someone likes it. Not for me at all. I concluded that the rating is solely due to the low cost of products and, accordingly, anyone can enter, even a retired grandmother. This is undoubtedly a plus.
