Bought before the New Year 2024. A set for a new apartment. SMEG toaster and kettle. Beauty. Red gold. They stand on the island and delight guests and hosts. The price is VIP+. The sun from the window falls on the set. Everything glitters and pleases the eye. Works. It has not been broken for 8 months. And then we notice that the handle of the kettle is made of gray plastic, and part of it has turned yellow like a grandmother's Crane. The fact is that the kettle was standing on the island with one side facing the sun. We are of course in the sales department. A warranty case. How is it? But no. This is not covered by the warranty. There is not a word in the instructions that the kettle should not be left in direct sunlight. We did not receive the conclusion of the commodity expert. They sent a letter from the factory to the phone. They say it's not a warranty case. I had to take it as it is. The sediment remained. SMEG kettle -store in a dark place. Vladimir. Minsk.

Отличный магазин бытовой техники , грамотный персонал, внутри уютно, удобное расположения, большая парковка , качества техники на высшем уровне к каждому клиенту индивидуальный подход, мне очень нравится с удовольствием приобрели себе технику Smeg а менеджер Андрей всегда на связи даёт полную информации и всегда можно обговорить скидку где руководства идёт на встречу в лице Марии отдельное спасибо.
