It's just a magical place! Clean, modern, good doctors, professional equipment. I came on a tour trip to Tashkent for a few days. Pregnancy is 16 weeks old. I've been working up a tonus in the heat. I thought I would not be accepted anywhere, everywhere there is an appointment in private clinics, and queues in public ones. But in the end, the ultrasound and the appointment of a specialist took about 40 minutes. Everything is fast, there are air conditioners everywhere, the doctors are attentive and sympathetic, very humane. Everything was explained slowly, in detail, and all questions were answered. It's just a miracle. And the prices compared to Moscow are simply more than pleasant.

I called Shox International Hospital, I wanted to make an appointment, the surgeon Oybek Zakirovich said before 16:00, come. I was driving from the other side of the city. I arrive at 15:00, and the doctor left for an urgent operation at another clinic. A frivolous attitude. They say one thing on the phone, but in fact, when you arrive, the doctor is not there. It is normal in your clinic that your doctor leaves for another clinic during his working hours and you lose a potential client who leaves with a bad impression and unwillingness to return again.

After the operation, the doctors came out and the first thing they asked was when you would pay, would you tell them how the operation went and calm them down. The same thing happens during rehabilitation, the doctor calls and asks when the payment is, but the person is lying with you, he will not run away, you will complete the provision of services and then about the money. Uzbekistan is still very far from Western countries in the medical field.
The dining room is surprisingly tasty, very pleasant, but why put birds in places where people eat. It's not normal.

I cannot assess the quality of the doctor, on the one hand, they do not impose unnecessary tests, on the other, they did not take a blood test. It seems even better this way.

Every time you need to print out the tests and give them to the doctor for review. But it doesn't matter. A very good pulmonologist. I gave an answer to a whole range of questions, and I liked the cardiologist. There are pros and cons. But. In principle, I recommend it.

Then some doctor came and said that he was not the traumatologist. And the right one is somewhere else now. When I called him, so that he would still come to his office and see the patient. They answered that it would be in 10 minutes. After 35 minutes, there was still no one. He appeared only after I had already gone to make a refund for the reception, which never happened. But something with such an attitude towards patients already had no desire to go to the reception.
Minus one patient who was willing to pay more than 8 million for the operation.
