I took a course on getting rid of cellulite. The effect is there! I really liked the masseuse Leila, who did anti-cellulite massage! A specialist in his field! She suggested which exercises are suitable for strengthening weak muscles, pointed out the incipient scoliosis and gave recommendations for its prevention. She also gave tips on training so that the process would be stress-free for the body and the muscles would be beautiful. Answered all the questions! Only positive impressions remained! I rested and enjoyed the massage, despite the fact that usually anti-cellulite massage is not relaxing. Highly recommend

I bought a course of lymphatic drainage massage from Leila's massage therapist. By the way, she herself at her age (some secret, guess for yourself) looks so ok that she most likely sleeps in some kind of magic pickle. About the massage. First, the body is warmed up a little, followed by a drainage massage, then a fat or oil inhibitor is applied to the treated areas, and wrapped in a film. There were five procedures in total in the package. The first one was a little painful, but bearable. The second one is much better. On the third, the body had already adapted so much that it was literally possible to fall asleep. There are no bruises. The most important thing is the result! I noticed it after the second procedure. The belly has become much smaller! Significantly- this means that I got into a skirt that I could have worn for a year (the greasy Yerevan air, rezhan and matnakash, if you know) But (oh, these but), massage is not a magic wand. You need to work on the result together with the massage therapist - limit some foods, follow a drinking regime, move more. In fact, I am very happy, especially since Leila is a very generous person with knowledge and is always ready to advise some exercises or self-massage techniques for home practice, so I am sure that by spring I will be a cheerful carrot, not a muffin
