It's a terrible place, and I honestly can't figure out how they're holding up on the market. I visited this vape shop, and I can say that the whole experience was just a nightmare. The sellers there behave so impolitely that there are no words. It's as if they think that customers come to them to serve, and not for specific goods.
No attention, no friendliness. When I asked questions about the products, the sellers looked as if I had distracted them from something important. No smile, not even basic politeness. The atmosphere in the store is like you're in a place where everyone just can't stand their customers.
I have received almost no information about the products – sellers are simply not interested in sharing any useful information. Buying in this store was a real challenge for me. It seems that they don't even try to create a cozy atmosphere for customers.
I was ready to spend my money, but I don't want to be treated like that. This was my first and certainly my last visit to this vape shop. I recommend everyone to avoid it if you value your time and want to be respected at least in some way when buying.

Let's be honest — the network has many outlets, but the prices are far from the best in the city. There is a discount program — excellent. But if I buy a liquid, it doesn't mean that I'm ready right now and I want to buy another vaporizer box and a couple of liquids. I came to you with a specific purpose, I want to get a normal service and move on, and not MAKE EXCUSES why I DON'T NEED these vaporizers now. It would be fine if there was some kind of promotion or special offer, but no.
I'll tell you a secret — customers don't really like to feel that they are just being thoughtlessly bred for extra money. I want to see at least the illusion of customer orientation and friendly service, and not get a portion of the fight for my wallet. I hope that you will take this into account in your strategy in the future.
