I went to Charisma School because I wanted to add something new and interesting to my life + learn to speak beautifully, become brighter, charismatic.
What I liked: in the classroom, I had to step out of my comfort zone, fantasize, "break" myself in places, and not be afraid to seem stupid. But all this passed without severe pressure and shock, but on the contrary gently, gradually. But it all depends on the teacher : if you feel that your group's teacher is pissing you off, it's better to change the group :). I was lucky, I had a curly-haired, pleasant teacher, Elena, and she was very comfortable with me.
There are people from different professions, different ages, genders, different levels of wealth and intelligence in the groups - this is very interesting! After all, in ordinary life, you're surrounded mostly by people who look like you.
Master classes and weekend get-togethers are a good bonus to classes, without them it wouldn't be the same at all.
The course coped with the task of having fun in winter and autumn, and not being sad!
What didn't you like:
1. the price per course. Let's just say she's not small (she took the average tariff for 5 months) ...
2. There are a lot of 20 people in the group. When everyone comes to class, you spend most of the class sitting and listening to others. And considering the cost of tuition, it turns out to be a shame.
Fortunately, then half of the group starts skipping classes, and when you have 8-12 people in a group, classes are more productive.
And now about the results:
I was already a pretty confident person, so my changes weren't too drastic. I've become even more confident, and now it's easier for me to express my opinion in front of a group of people. If I used to keep quiet more often (especially with strangers), I agreed with the majority - now I calmly express my opinion, even if it is contrary to the rest of the company. I began to love myself even more for who I am (I became less critical of myself).
At work: it has become easier to express your opinion on a blog, it is easier to take pictures of yourself on camera and tell something. I would like to say that I have learned to speak beautifully, but xs, probably not (however, I did not do my homework on the voice. To make your voice really beautiful, you need to train every day).
I also noticed drastic changes in the most humble and down-to-earth members of my group. People who were afraid to look up in front of everyone in the first classes and talked very quietly had completely dissolved by the end of the training) They became more confident and brighter.
In general, I do not regret that I completed this training. I will quickly earn back the money for the course, but I felt 100% positive changes in myself)
If your goal is to have fun, become more confident, and get to know yourself better from a psychological point of view, go ahead.
If your goal is just to learn how to speak beautifully, I'd rather take some kind of individual voice courses)

We go to school with my wife, and we've already had 6 classes. I rate the experience as positive, the lesson is taught by a professional actor / director Roman, we go to every lesson with pleasure!
There are no grades at school and progress will depend on your willingness to do what the teacher advises you.
You will be in the same boat as others like you, which allows you to "soften" the discomfort that brought you to school :) ... It's not like the university or school where we all studied in childhood (where there was a specific list of material that you need to learn). Here they teach us to look at ourselves from a different perspective and emphasize the potential that we do not use when communicating with people for one reason or another + they will tell us how to fix those things that do not allow us to open up to others.

As for the school itself, at first, when they had few clients, everything was great. Right now, the organization is terrible. Agreements are not fulfilled under some far-fetched pretexts, the rules are changed on the fly. It is clear that trying to make more sales and make more money, they have accumulated obligations that they cannot cope with.

I am very glad that I got out of my "comfort zone" (I am an introvert by nature and do not communicate much with people) and went to Charisma school. Thanks to the lessons of our wonderful teacher Martha, my speech becomes clear and my voice is loud. It became easier for me to communicate. The stiffness and fear of performing in front of an audience are gradually disappearing. All classes are interesting, fun, energetic and in a friendly atmosphere. They are surprisingly honest and sincere guys who love their common cause. They are professionals!
I trust these guys because I came here and saw everything. This is not just a highly qualified infrastructure of creative beginnings. I saw Roman's teacher's eyes light up sincerely when he was doing his job.

If you are used to receiving high-quality service for the money (a lot of money) that you pay and respect for yourself, then you'd better look for another school of public speaking, since nowadays there is a large selection of them and the attitude towards customers is more friendly. I rarely write reviews, but in this case, the school administrators tried very hard to form a negative impression of the school. The girl who wrote the review below about the game "buy an elephant" was completely right. At first, they try to attract you to a trial session in all possible ways. When asked to send you the rates and the training program for review, you will receive vague answers before the trial session: "Come, the administrator will meet you, tell you everything and show you." Naturally, on the day of the trial session, no one will meet you and you wait 10-15 minutes at the door, not understanding what is going on around you, where the administrator is and why you came here at all. After a while, they will remember about you (if you, of course, reminded yourself of yourself), you will have to wait another 15 minutes for the start of the lesson because it is also delayed. There are no questions for the teacher himself (this is probably the only spoonful of honey in a barrel of tar). If you find out after class that you have a lot of speech problems, you shouldn't really believe it, because another school may tell you something else has been done. Then begins the very exciting game "buy an elephant", where all participants are separated into different rooms and try to sell you the most expensive tuition rate for 4000-4500 rubles for the current date, keeping silent about other possible training options and tariffs that are much more suitable for you based on your request. When asked why, on the day of the trial session, the administrator did not announce all possible training options, but only the most expensive, the fascinating answer was "we decided that it was more suitable for you (of course)", but it would be nice to ask the client's opinion. At the same time, the administrators themselves would also do well to take the course they sell, because while you listen to their monotonous unrelated speech for half an hour, you can fall asleep, and the manner of "giggling" to the client while talking on the phone also does not indicate the highest level of professional literacy of the administrator. And the icing on the cake is the feedback that doesn't exist: you can't get through to your phone, and sometimes you have to wait hours for an answer in a chat.

I want to share my experience and impressions of studying at the Charisma School of Acting and Public Speaking under the guidance of a talented teacher Martha. These are not just classes, but a real path to self-discovery and the unfolding of one's inner potential.
From the very first lesson, you plunge into an atmosphere of trust and support. Each participant feels the attention that is being paid to him, and this is very difficult to achieve, especially in a group. I was amazed at how easily and naturally we all opened up to each other, sharing sometimes very personal stories. This process is really energizing and creates a unique connection between people.
As other students have noted, Martha has an amazing gift for creating a safe space where everyone can be themselves. Each of us experiences our own internal difficulties, but in "Charisma" we seem to get the magic key to unlocking our potential. Martha's vocation is to help each of us see the power that is hidden inside. I do not know how she manages to create such an atmosphere, but it is really a talent!
After classes, I feel a rush and pride for my story, as well as for the stories of other participants. It's safe to say that each of us has become a little stronger, thanks to the support and inspiration coming from Martha.
Charisma is not just a school; it is a place where we learn to be ourselves, gain confidence and understanding. I am sincerely grateful to Martha and all the participants for these emotions that will stay with me for a long time.
