I have been doing yoga in this studio for 3 years now. I am very pleased! An amazing manager who is always in touch and helps with any issues. Special thanks to coach Ksenia! Good training, moderately difficult, but interesting. I never thought that I would do any kind of sports, but one day I decided to try yoga and now I can't imagine my life without it. Yoga is a great option for a not too difficult workout with elements of rest, breathing practices and "disconnection" from thoughts. If you haven't tried yoga yet, I advise you to try it. But in addition to yoga, other workouts for every taste (fitness, Pilates) take place in this studio.
I would also like to highlight reasonable prices and the opportunity to purchase a subscription for a different number of classes. Convenient location, there are not many yoga studios in the Frunzensky district. The location is close to the Sportivnaya metro station. A convenient time for classes (morning or evening). The groups are small (about 5 people)

A wonderful place, cozy, close to the metro. Responsive and participating coaches, small groups, which allows you to pay attention to each client. Reasonable prices. I recommend it!
