This is the only Sixth office in the center of Belgrade where cars are available (the rest are just offices in hotels), the only office in the center of Belgrade of a well-known company. It's easy to find. Everything is normal

This rental office is located at Nikola Tesla airport near Belgrade, apparently a branch. We ordered a car on the website. Upon arrival, we learned that not everything is so simple. It turns out: 1. Cash is not accepted. 2. It is not enough to "link" the card on the site, you need a Visa or Mastercard card itself, a real one, not a virtual one. We were going to go back for the map and decided to ask if they had any more pitfalls when ordering? It turned out that there is! 3. If you have a visa, then only a credit card. And if we had returned with a debit Visa without asking, we would have gone for a ride in vain. For some reason, the staff did not inform us about this. 4. Only the driver's card is needed! Other people's cards are not accepted for payment. They tortured us with their demands. We didn't take their car.

They only accept cards. They refused to rent with cash. If I lived in Serbia, I would have written a complaint about them. But I'm a tourist, so I'm just writing a review.

I took a car here three times through Booking. Everything was cool. The cars are fresh, the staff does not compulsively sell anything, they did not invent damage where there are none. It's fast. In winter, the price tag was great, but in the season I will probably take it elsewhere, because it gets expensive here
