A disgusting organization in all plans. I ordered a metal profile for the fence. They slipped a damaged sheet into the pack and covered it with good ones. It is not possible to check at pickup, because everything is fastened with a plastic screed. They do not want to change the sheet under the pretext that they damaged it themselves) Instead of checking the cameras and determining the cause of the defect in production, it is better to push the marriage to the customer and say that he is a fool himself. I will attach a photo of the sheet, which was not even taken out of the beam after unloading. How can a sheet that is in a pack be bent like that during transportation?)
They complete their review after the organization's response. To my statement, the production just scored and did not even give an answer) I had to personally go to the office, ask for a complaint book, then wait 2 hours for the director to resolve the issue. We agreed to make a new sheet, worth 50 rubles, but with the condition of returning the bent sheet and only pickup, because the organization does not have its own transport)) The customer orientation of this organization is immediately visible. Most organizations or sole proprietors would have solved this issue in a day and brought it themselves, but here they fought for two months. I express my personal gratitude to the manager Sergey, because this is the only person who was on the client's side.

Спасибо компании Скайпрофиль за помощь при выборе металлочерепицы. Заказ оформляла в офисе на Лобанка 14. Менеджер Маргарита все подробно рассказала и мы остановились на модульной металлочерепице Вилейская волна в покрытии Стальной шелк. Металлочерепицу со всеми комплектующими сделали в указаный срок с доставкой в регион. Металл понравился, будем обращаться еще.

Самый ужасный опыт сотрудничества!!! Проблемы были на всех уровнях. Отгрузка: оказалась нет сведений об оплате, хотя оплатили в начале недели, забрать должны были в субботу. Связь с менеджером отсутствует (суббота), машина на загрузке, люди наняты на объекте для разгрузки. Представьте мои нервы в этот день. Ну с этим понятно... Дальше начали монтаж: листов не хватило, после объяснений менеджеру, что надо больше и почему... Докупили! + деньги+ транспортировки на объект. Дальше не хватило элементов для водосточки, не было в заказе даже позиции. Еще приехали заказали, перевезли. Потом не хватило крепежа для желоба... Приехали докупили довезли. И обана дошли до конька. И тут 3 метра нехватка. Менеджер уверял, что это монтажники не проверили за ним.. Хотя на мой взгляд я могу и не иметь монтажников на момент заказа, а работа менеджера в том чтоб считать по моим размерам и продать мне то, что нужно. До директора не дозвониться, менеджеры прикрывают и отмазывают друг друга. А еще, что мне понравилось у них: тот менеджер с которым все это время я треплю нервы, Санько Владимир сам себя хвалит в отзывах. Молодцы!!! Вывод один, если хотите толку езжайте на производство не ленитесь, там Павел решил нам кучу косяков Владимира! Только там можно увидеть адекватных работников. А осадок ужасный!!! Получилось долго, дорого (из-за допрасходов) и нервно.

Все на высшем уровне (начиная от расположения офиса, заканчивая качеством продукции и обслуживания). В офисе было представлено большое количество образцов, каталоги с фотографиями как выглядит продукция и так далее. Спасибо менедежерам, и всем сотрудникам, кто помог определиться с видом, и цветом кровли. Все грамотно, по делу. От работы с компанией только положительные эмоции, спасибо!

Просто редкостное непрофессиональное отношение к клиентам: получили денежные средства и не подтверждают отгрузку товара!!! Руководства телефонов не знают ВООБЩЕ,- в первый раз сталкиваюсь с этим!!! Похожие случаи, обзвонив ряд предприятий, подтвердились!!! Коллективно теперь нужно писать в соответствующие инстанции, ну и конечно разобраться как они ведут свою интересную финансовую деятельность... ЛУЧШЕ НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С ЭТИМ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЕМ!!!

Порадовал качественный материал завода Северсталь который использует Скайпрофиль при изготовлении профиля и металлочерепицы. Заказ выполнен быстро. На офисе можно посмотреть образцы.

Ужасная работа менеджера. Первоначально насчитали неверный объём как черепицы, так и водосточной системы. Прорабу пришлось самому всё пересчитывать вместо менеджера. Менеджер Алёна - крайне не компетентна. Мы забранировали материалы на крышу ещё по зимним ценам и внесли предоплату 50%, как итог они нам отгрузили без материалов на крышу веранды, на вопрос где остальной металл, что-то не внятно бубнили и предложили купить по нынешним ценам. Крайне не довольны и если бы знали заранее никогда бы не связались с этой фирмой и тем более с менеджером Алёной.

Очень понравилось, что здесь большой выбор заборов. Действительно есть из чего выбрать, поэтому мы остановились на этой компании. Менеджеры посоветовали и покрытие. Заказ был изготовлен в срок, поэтому никаких нареканий. Обязательно будем советовать.
