A disgusting organization in all plans. I ordered a metal profile for the fence. They slipped a damaged sheet into the pack and covered it with good ones. It is not possible to check at pickup, because everything is fastened with a plastic screed. They do not want to change the sheet under the pretext that they damaged it themselves) Instead of checking the cameras and determining the cause of the defect in production, it is better to push the marriage to the customer and say that he is a fool himself. I will attach a photo of the sheet, which was not even taken out of the beam after unloading. How can a sheet that is in a pack be bent like that during transportation?)
They complete their review after the organization's response. To my statement, the production just scored and did not even give an answer) I had to personally go to the office, ask for a complaint book, then wait 2 hours for the director to resolve the issue. We agreed to make a new sheet, worth 50 rubles, but with the condition of returning the bent sheet and only pickup, because the organization does not have its own transport)) The customer orientation of this organization is immediately visible. Most organizations or sole proprietors would have solved this issue in a day and brought it themselves, but here they fought for two months. I express my personal gratitude to the manager Sergey, because this is the only person who was on the client's side.

I suggest that you do not buy a roof from this manufacturer, as it rusts after five years as the warranty ends, and the managers and director of the company tell me that this, like with a car, needs to be changed periodically, that is, five years and a replacement, I blew my warranty period, so take care of your own so as not to get rusty roof from skyprofile!!!!

The most terrible collaboration experience!!! There were problems at all levels. Shipment: there was no information about the payment, although it was paid at the beginning of the week, they were supposed to pick it up on Saturday. There is no communication with the manager (Saturday), the car is loading, people are hired at the facility to unload. Imagine my nerves on this day. Well, that's understandable... Then the installation began: there were not enough sheets, after explaining to the manager what more was needed and why... We bought more! + money+ transportation to the facility. Then there were not enough elements for the drain, there was not even a position in the order. We also arrived, ordered, transported. Then there was not enough fasteners for the gutter... We arrived, bought and delivered. And Oban got to the skate. And there is a shortage of 3 meters. The manager assured that the installers had not checked after him.. Although in my opinion, I may not have installers at the time of the order, and the manager's job is to count according to my size and sell me what I need. I can't get through to the director, the managers cover up and excuse each other. And also, what I liked about them: the manager with whom I've been fidgeting all this time, Vladimir Sanko praises himself in the reviews. Well done!!! There is one conclusion, if you want to go to the production, do not be lazy, Pavel decided to give us a bunch of Vladimir's joints there! Only there can you see adequate workers. And the sediment is terrible!!! It turned out to be long, expensive (due to additional expenses) and nervous.

A terrible job as a manager. Initially, the volume of both the roof tiles and the drainage system was calculated incorrectly. The foreman had to recalculate everything himself instead of the manager. Alena's manager is extremely incompetent. We shielded the materials on the roof at winter prices and made an advance payment of 50%, as a result, they shipped us without materials to the roof of the veranda, when asked where the rest of the metal was, they mumbled something indistinctly and offered to buy at current prices. We are extremely unhappy and if we had known in advance, we would never have contacted this company, and even more so with the manager Alyona.
