I didn't like the hotel, I rented a junior suite, it's cold in the room, the bathroom is generally cold, there are no bathroom accessories in the junior suite, they put two disposable shampoos that won't even be enough for half my hair, toilet paper is the cheapest of the waste that is made, breakfast wasn't even included in the junior suite, I was frozen for two days, the only thing what I liked was the staff is polite and the hotel is clean! I just paid 46 thousand just to sleep, we could at least include breakfast in this amount, and besides, I had to pay 1,500 tenge separately for water!

Unfortunately, the hotel is very low level. The change of ownership did not benefit.
I hope that it will disappear with time. The location is right in the very center, somewhere it's a plus, somewhere it's a minus. The rooms require cosmetic repairs, it is necessary to refresh the interior and furniture
