I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
We made the mistake of renting a room for 2 nights at this hotel in April 2023. Only then, later, I read the reviews and realized that a lot of things are true.
5* is clearly not about this place. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste included in the bathroom. The air conditioning does not work so that you do not try to press. We arrived in windy weather - the wind blew under the double-glazed window, creating noise, whistling. They fell asleep after the wind died down.
We went down for breakfast in the morning. Very sparse: omelette, croutons, tomatoes/cucumbers. We visited many hotels in Tbilisi, the breakfasts were more interesting (at least there were sausages).
I would not have written this if it were not for the last point in the form of theft. I saw it in the reviews, I didn't believe it, in vain. After cleaning, a bag with personal belongings (clothes, gifts for friends) disappeared. At the reception, they pretended for a long time that they were solving the problem, as a result, they did not even apologize.
