What a wonderful cinema it was when it was SilverScreen. Now I am offered to return the tickets using an Exel document. Am I to blame for canceling the session? No, the cinema put up a pre-sale of tickets online, not knowing for sure if it would be allowed to hold a movie show. I will provide a screenshot of the document provided by Exel in the attachment. It was probably assumed that a person would not want to fill it all out for the sake of 15 rubles and certainly would not go to the cinema to figure it out because of such an amount. And, yes, it is! I won't spend a minute on this cinema anymore, but let them keep 15 rubles for themselves!

We went for the first time because of the film, which was not in other cinemas. The seats are wide but uncomfortable, they barely waited for the end of the session. The hall itself is not bad, but the cinema is located on the 7th floor of the shopping center in some corridors. It was not found immediately, the wardrobe was only on the 5th floor, and the hall was warm enough and there was nowhere to put outerwear, except for the adjacent seats, which could also be occupied. In general, there were too many uncomfortable moments that did not allow you to put 5 stars. I don't think we'll go there again.

I bought a ticket to Dune, there are ads for Dune 2 everywhere, I didn't even think about the fact that they can turn the old 1 part. As a result, I came to the movie and after 3 minutes of the session, I realize that this is part 1, which I already watched 2 days ago! I returned to the ticket office and asked for a refund or at least a change to Dune 2, to which they told me that this was impossible, I asked if I could at least go to another hall to watch another movie, since I was not going to watch this movie again. As a result, no one has solved this situation, the situation is absurd. Why can't you be loyal and use the same tickets to let free seats into the next hall? It's a shame that you didn't use the service and just lost 33 rubles ! It is a pity that in the age of service and loyalty, such a large cinema could not go to a meeting and solve the situation easily and simply so that there would be no negative left. I won't come here anymore! And the most interesting thing, as it turned out, is that we are not the first such as the cashier told us.

During the session in hall 7, at the beginning of the credits, combined with inserts and shots from the site, 2 bright spotlights turned on on the sides of the screen directed towards the audience. These light sources created precepts on the screen and prevented me from enjoying the scenes after the credits as they were several times brighter than the picture on the screen. These lanterns are independent of the main light and are switched on manually by an employee. I see no reason to turn on this light except to dazzle the viewer. And they are turned off before the session.

Cons: chairs. The protrusion of the headrest is too large. It's uncomfortable to sit. If he leans and relaxes, then his head will be tilted -chin down, a little more and he will be on a heavy cage. This is me 170cm. And my sister is 154 cm, so she generally always sits straight, because if she leans, then it's not convenient to put her head down. She cannot recline her back because there is not enough weight to hold the seat back in this position (she weighs 40 kg). I lack such a dolby system as in other cinemas - so that the floor trembles already.

Finding a passage to the cinema in the shopping center is another quest....
The cinema itself is attractive, excellent view of the Gates of Minsk from the lounge area, good sound in the hall, but the chairs seemed uncomfortable: although they are soft, and the tilt of the backrest is adjustable, and there is a lot of space under your feet, but the headrest turns out to be under what- that's an unphysiological angle, the neck is uncomfortable. Perhaps people of low height will be normal (my height is 175, my husband is 184, both were uncomfortable).
I'll note the queue in the wardrobe, but in general, clothes are given out quickly.
I will highlight a special plus for the service: since we are from Russia, we could not buy or book tickets on the website in advance, for this we need a Belarusian phone number, but the administrator in VK went to a meeting and made a reservation for the desired session, specifying our introductory correspondence in the group's personal account.

We attended a session on February 3 in Hall #2, a film about racing. It all started with a delay in the show. When we entered the hall, the seats were dirty, covered in crumbs and garbage. Without waiting for all the spectators to come in, and there was a decent queue, they began the show. People are not to blame for the delay in the show, they could have waited until everyone sat down. After that, during the first 20 minutes of the film, the staff took turns trying to find the side light switch... They came in, went out and pressed all the buttons, thereby turning on and off the main light in the hall... If we talk about quality, there is nothing to say. After the show, my eyes hurt terribly, my head hurts from tension, since the hall itself is not very comfortable. The picture quality also leaves much to be desired. Based on all this, I do not recommend visiting this cinema, especially with children.

There is ZERO customer orientation! I asked my wife to buy tickets for Dune 2. She mistakenly bought the first part of the Dune. I only realized this the moment the movie started. Since she had electronic tickets. Let's go to the ticket office, there's no way to return the tickets. They refused to change it to something else. The words "You are not the first, do not worry" did not return 33 rubles. The hotline on the site said the same thing +-. In general, why sell tickets for the first part when the second one is advertised everywhere! Of course, our fault is completely here, but I don't see anything criminal in letting us go to another movie in the next room for empty seats. Why would I watch the first DUNE that I watched yesterday?..Don't set foot here anymore, spoiled mood. As a matter of principle, I will never buy tickets to this cinema again.

We visited this place on 24.01.23. The impression is not unambiguous. On the one hand, it is beautiful, modern, and we have worked on the design. Here you can have a drink and a meal, I am glad that there is no queue for the toilet (as usually happens). But on the other hand, the service leaves much to be desired. We arrived shortly before the start of the session, so there was not much time to walk around the floors to find out where and what is located. Of course, there is no person at the entrance who would meet the guests and inform them that the wardrobe is there, but there is a toilet (if necessary), to the ticket offices and cinemas there. I had to go to one or the other to find out where they had what. However, we figured it out. We came to the checkout, no one offered us glasses, we bought them ourselves (we forgot our own at home). They took a drink, and at the time of payment by bank card, the system at the checkout hung up, they waited a long time for a check, which never appeared. The "chamomile" has started, the payment has passed or not. The session was about to start, there was no time to wait, they offered to go to another cashier and pay again (as a result, they found out at home that they still paid for one order twice) - UNPLEASANT! I doubt that the money will be returned (there is no time to go again and sort it out). The impression has already deteriorated. We had room 7. I don't know about anyone, but the chairs are very uncomfortable for me!!! Yes, they are soft, yes the backrest reclines, but it is not fixed. I had to make an effort, as if creating pressure, to tilt it back every time, it is worth changing the position slightly and again vertically (and I wanted to find a comfortable position and stay in it - but not in these chairs). The headrest, if I may say so, was in a very uncomfortable position - the neck was numb (I don't know, maybe someone who is much more comfortable, but for me the chair is terrible), the legs began to hurt after the middle of the film, although there was enough space to straighten them, but nevertheless constantly changed their position - because it was very uncomfortable to sit in this chair. The sound is good (in some places it was even too loud), but 3 D is such a thing, the picture is not clear in some places, as if blurred. Maybe I'm wrong that parking is paid, previously, if you came to the cinema, you registered your car at the box office and parking is free for the duration of the session. This time we had to pay. In general, all I liked was the movie "Avatar 2". It was beautiful, sometimes emotional, and the three hours of the film did not fly by noticeably. Despite the fact that the film ended after midnight, fatigue was felt only from uncomfortable sitting. Maybe someone does not agree, but this is my personal opinion.
