About 15 years ago, they sold me silver earrings, the next day the clasp in them broke. I took them to a jewelry workshop, where they repaired them for me and did not charge me for the work, because the earrings were not made of silver (the metal under the silver coating was red) . The store refused to refund my money.... I haven't bought anything from them since.
