A compact hotel with a small number of rooms in the heart of Vitebsk. On a walking street in a quiet courtyard. Cozy, comfortable. Friendly staff, provided a chic spacious room.
The room looks perfect, as if after the renovation. Underfloor heating, the room is warm. The refrigerator is filled with a mini bar, the price list is presented on the table. There is also a kettle, water, and tea with sugar. The price includes only breakfast, which is enough, as there is no other entertainment besides relaxing and spending the night at the hotel.
The hotel is located in an ideal location, all excursions are within walking distance along the perimeter. There is a good selection of BVR and inns nearby, very tasty and delicious dishes.
I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the city center, on a walking street, there is a private parking, but not much, we found a place. The room is clean and cozy, a good, comfortable mattress. There is everything you need.
Of the minuses, I can note:
- breakfast was paid for, but it starts at 8, we left earlier, there is no option to pack at the hotel, is it strange, even a couple of sandwiches can't be made? An apple, a banana?
- the window in the attic was broken, there is a sign notifying about it, but it seems that the window should just be taken and repaired, the sun is shining, it is stuffy, if you turn on the air conditioner, it is cold, it blows directly on the bed
- the window looked out onto a quiet pedestrian street, but in the evening there is a disco playing until 23.00 in an institution nearby
Otherwise, everything is fine and Vitebsk too!

Nice hotel! The location is great, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can have lunch and dinner.
Our room was on the 2nd floor. The room is large, spacious, bright, and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner works well. For an additional fee.There is a mini bar in the room for a fee.
There is a small free parking at the hotel.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the breakfasts. There is no buffet here, and breakfast must be chosen from the menu. And it turned out that we came for breakfast, and in front of us were a couple of hungry tourists who ordered everything on the menu, and we had to sit and wait until they were served (40 minutes), although we only needed an omelette and tea, which can be prepared in 5 minutes. As a result, we lost a lot of time due to the fact that someone eats a lot.

Probably the best hotel in Vitebsk. But even he has both pros and cons.
Let's start with the pros:
1. Location 10 out of 10. It is located right on the border with the place where the most movement takes place. The Town Hall is a 2-3-minute walk away. But the place is quite quiet for those who like to go to bed early, and for those who like to get up later.
2. In the number 9 out of 10. I took a point for the hangers, which are extremely inconvenient to use, because there are no hooks on them (so as not to be stolen or hung at home). It's quite common, but apparently they've never used them themselves. Very annoying. The hotel is relatively new, but already slightly renovated. Perfectionists would take off another ball, but I won't. Although, the mirror in our room would be worth replacing. When we booked the hotel, there was only one available room, with a balcony. I suspect it wasn't the housekeeper. Firstly, this is the only room with a balcony in the entire hotel. Secondly, it is very spacious (with 3 separate windows) with a bed and a sofa. Plus there's a large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a hygienic shower. Plus there was an entrance hall with a closet. The room is clean, blackout curtains, free water, kettle and tea with sugar.
Of the cons:
1. The building has no elevator. The stairs are high. Residential floors start at +/-, as on the 3rd floor. The reception is the same. I was fine, because I'm healthy and without a lot of things. But people with bad legs and suitcases won't be comfortable.
2. Breakfast items. I don't even know how much to estimate. It's better to eat in the city, let's say. A breakfast place with a fresh renovation, but in the style of the late 90s or early 00s. The atmosphere is unpleasant at all. I don't want to be there. It looks clean, it looks like the repair is not old, but still something is wrong. Order breakfast according to the menu. Not a buffet. Of course, there is a choice, but there is no photo. It's good that at least the coffee is not instant, and thanks for that. You can hammer nails with Viennese waffles. I couldn't take a bite. Dip in the tea like a cracker, too, because the waffle is too big for a small cup. Serving is like in a school cafeteria. Of course, you can eat, but I won't do it anymore and I don't recommend it to you.
Conclusion: I liked the hotel and next time I would like to stay there again, but I will have breakfast in other places.

Nice hotel, everything is clean and tidy. The only big disadvantage is the employee in the kitchen. We came for breakfast, and for five minutes we stood in front of the bar, next to which this employee was sitting with a phone. She looked at us a couple of times and continued to stick it into the phone. It feels like someone has come to her house. After that, I didn't feel like eating breakfast. For the supervisor: it was February 17th. Employees like this girl will ruin your business.

When choosing a hotel for my next trip, I am also interested in the availability of a restaurant/cafe in the hotel.
And this hotel indicates on its official website that there is a restaurant. In fact: the restaurant is open only for breakfast, the rest of the time it is closed!
When I drove about 600 kilometers to the hotel and I no longer have the strength or desire to go out for dinner, add to this that January 2 is on the calendar, respectively, there are plenty of visitors in the nearest establishments.… But nothing can be changed.
So keep in mind that you will only have the opportunity to have a morning meal from a very meager and boring menu.
The location is good.
As a result, they left a day earlier, and they don't return the money for the services they didn't receive. It turned out like in a meme about the online store "expectation and reality". The price doesn't match the description and the level of service too much. I won't recommend it.
We won't come again.

Nice hotel, in the historical center of the city. Everything is within walking distance. Clear. Breakfasts are prepared from the list of dishes quickly and efficiently. The disadvantage is that when I ordered a hotel, I did not see that the room was attic. It was uncomfortable and ugly, banging their heads against the ceiling. The staff is taciturn. Settled and forgotten. There are 2 small bottles of drinking water in the room and no one else offered and there is nowhere to take it, you need to look for a store. I didn't notice the room cleaning either. But there is parking, which is a big plus.

The cozy hotel is located in the Old Town, the historical center. Within walking distance of the botanical garden, Victory Park, Euroopt hypermarket, cathedrals and a pedestrian street are located very close (exit to it directly from the hotel). The attic room for three adults cost 580 bel.rub(16500 rub. RF) for two days, it has a TV, a refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, the room area is about 22m2. Breakfast is ordered from a set of dishes on the menu, included in the room rate.

There is only a wish for breakfast ... you do not need to give guests toast bread, it is very terrible, and also change the recipe for Viennese waffles, they just do not work, even the children did not like it! And the waiters should at least put on the slightest smile, otherwise it's even a shame that we came! But this is a purely unanimous opinion of our modest company (8 adults from 40 to 65 years old and 4 children from 8 to 16 years old)! At the same time, we would have returned to the hotel itself! 👌🏻

The hotel provides guests with comfortable conditions for rest and work. It is located in the historical part of the city.
The hotel room is clean, spacious and cozy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: TV, refrigerator, desk, separate shower and bathtub. It was very warm in the room in November. The hotel staff is ready to help - even an ironing board with an iron is brought to the room.
Breakfast is provided on site, the breakfast is delicious, but alas, it took a long time to wait and the waiter messed up the order on the last day, which was done almost a day, it is unclear why records were made then.
There is no elevator in the hotel, you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs to the 2nd floor and above.
In general, there were positive impressions, you can come back here again.

Very, just a very nice hotel!
Excellent location — both quiet and the sights of Vitebsk are nearby; convenient Parking is not large, but there is always free space; the interior is new, clean, plumbing is in order.
We had an attic floor, the room was large, but the windows in our room were located so that they were practically invisible, it began to strain on the third day.
With breakfast, it seems to me, they "overdid it" — three breakfast options, but none of them have fresh vegetables, cheese, and for some reason it was especially frustrating that the third drink (tea / coffee/juice) paid.
And an individual disadvantage to those who do not have very healthy legs — there is no elevator, they had to climb a fairly steep staircase.
They knew, they would have taken a lower floor)))
Everything else is beyond praise — sensitive staff, cozy atmosphere, a beautiful old building on a quiet street! Very emotional!

We stopped here by chance with my son, during a trip to Belarus .Our room was like a junior suite, it cost 300 bel.rubles (in our opinion, almost 10k), which is not at all budget-friendly in St. Petersburg.But I didn 't want to look any further and it was decided to stay the night here.As a result, we had a gorgeous room, large, beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and good linen.Marble bathroom , beautiful details , in general , quite a high level , I did not even expect to see this in Belarus .In general , it was not even a pity for this money , for such a beautiful and cool room .

The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable, the bathroom had a large bathroom and a shower cabin. The sound insulation is good, you can't hear the neighbors. We stayed at this hotel with my husband in September. The impression remained ambiguous. The price tag, in my opinion, is a little too high. They expected more for that kind of money. A very poor breakfast, which was cooked for a long time. Of the advantages, I can mention the location! The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of various institutions, shops, museums and the Dvina embankment. I would also like to mention Olga, a very pleasant receptionist, who helped my husband and me navigate the city and politely answered all our numerous questions. Having your own parking at the hotel is also very helpful.

A nice modernly decorated hotel in the center of Vitebsk. There is a fenced parking for 5 places, but this is enough. The rooms are clean and spacious. We ordered some kind of VIP, because the trip was spontaneous and there were no cheaper options anymore. But upon arrival, we were offered two attic rooms to choose from. And they are no worse! There is more air and light. Well, cheaper by 90 Belarusian rubles. )))
The restaurant, of course, looks more like a neat dining room, but the breakfast was honest for 4+ (porridge, pancakes, sliced, fruits, tea/coffee, cheesecakes).
We were satisfied with everything.
Especially since it's not far to walk from the center to the hotel on a tired evening. 5-10 minutes and you're home.

Of the cons: there is no elevator in the building, I had to drag all my things to the third attic floor. Very steep and dangerous stairs in the building. The curtain regulator was broken in our room, so the bright sun shone through the window early in the morning. The cot in the friends' room was not cleaned, they had to pull it out themselves, and the shower doors were broken.

I was there for two days, clean, well maintained, welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts, comfortable rooms. One of the disadvantages is a very weak water pressure.
