We bought our first VW id3 2025 model year electric train here. We are very pleased with the purchase. The sellers were polite, answered all questions, gave recommendations on what to do, what is better not to do, when to pass and from whom, and even where to change tires nearby (which, you see, is not superfluous in winter). In our case, it didn't come in handy, but nevertheless, they immediately offered to make adjustments to the operation of brake lights during recovery and some more buns via obd11. In addition, mats and a mains charger for the house were a gift. We bought it at the very beginning of January, right after NG. It was lucky that the car was already at customs. Initially, we planned to take it with a guarantee from a large dealer in Minsk, but the price difference exceeded 3 thousand dollars, so we decided to abandon the warranty and buy here, besides the need to wait 3 months for delivery completely blocked the joy of buying a car. It took a week from the moment of the first visit to the salon, to apply for a loan and to issue a car. Of this time, only customs clearance and the issuance of a pet took 4 business days. We are glad that we applied here.

I ordered my first car, so I was a little more worried than usual. I decided on the model almost as soon as I saw the so-called "seal" 06 GT at the stage of market research. One of the train groups recommended contacting SmartAuto. I didn't find the right model available on the website, so I decided to just call and see if they could bring it. 20-25 minutes after my request, the manager called back and informed me that "The car was found in the right configuration, ready for purchase." Actually, that's not what surprised me the most. Other companies oriented me for about 3-4 months of delivery, and these guys immediately announced an approximate time of one and a half months. In the end, that's about how it turned out - it took about 38-40 days from the ransom to the receipt of the keys. To be honest, after reading various reviews about the delivery time, I initially expected something from the category of "difficulties arose at the delivery stage, we need to wait another couple of weeks" (who knows, he will understand). Well, in terms of prices, the offer was the most pleasant in the market from what I watched. Overall, the impressions are very positive. For the first car, I wanted everything to go smoothly, and it turned out that way. So thanks to the guys from SmartAuto for their efficiency and a normal human approach!
