We are currently undergoing treatment at a private clinic in another city (we are installing implants with my husband). The stitches had to be removed 10 days after implantation. Our doctor recommended: "That you need to go once again, not a low beam, contact any clinic in your city, this procedure is very simple - they will help you."
So we asked the SmileClinic to help us remove the stitches. The receptionist didn't even listen. We heard categorically NO. "We have an appointment, a queue, and we don't deal with patients from other clinics." And we were ready to wait or come on another free day, before the patients or after all, and, of course, we were ready to pay as much as necessary. They explained the situation that it was a long way to go to their doctor.
So that you understand, removing stitches takes about a minute, and this is taking into account the entrance / exit to the office. The time spent in the chair is 20 seconds.
Our arguments did not work on the registrar. It is absolutely not a client-oriented institution.
You could say that nothing personal is just business, but in this case it doesn't work either, rejecting us as potential customers is definitely a lost benefit. I am generally silent about the high principles of Hippocrates... If we consider this institution purely as a commercial organization, then they are probably right, they would not have earned a lot of money from us, but if from the point of view of a medical institution, then there is something to think about.

I applied four times for consultations on the dental condition based on the provided 3 d disc. I got the impression that the prosthetist doesn't know how to use a computer or read a disk. I paid for a consultation every time, but I never got a consultation with a discharge, which contains recommendations for treatment and possible prosthetics. Shevko's prostheticist did not inspire confidence at all. I asked him to write a conclusion on the consultation with recommendations on rational prosthetics, so he was very surprised. He gave me an obscure recommendation for one tooth, but he didn't sign it, and he didn't put his seal on it. It's not serious. The payment system for consultations is not clear. I don 't recommend it to anyone yet .

I contacted smile on Komsomolskaya Street, only because of Doctor Beaver. It works great in channels without any microscopes. They promised for 300 rubles. It cost 500 in the end. I don't know who regulates prices for private dentistry, but it's not serious. I don't recommend it.

He communicates calmly on his mobile phone during treatment.. and again, gloved hands in the mouth.. During the treatment, she left the office, touched all the door handles, etc. She returned, I couldn't stand it and asked to change gloves.. But she calmly wiped them with antiseptic while holding them up to my nose, as if to assert (smell the alcohol, after all) and unceremoniously shoved them into my mouth. How do you like it??? I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. And the owner of the clinic itself is well done, everything is cozy and high-quality.
