Either sugar is not added, then the syrup is not the same, then Americano is one volume one day, another day is completely different. But today was the apogee of our visit (we visit very often because we live nearby). She asked me to make ice cream coffee. They said, "I can't do that." OK, punch any raf and just don't stump the cream by adding ice to it. The barista is already looking at me like I'm a fool. He replies, "raf is made with cream foam." "Yes, I know, but can you just not warm the cream? Pour the coffee, add cold cream and ice." Again, the look like a madwoman with the answer "I can't do that." I CAN'T. The barista just can't keep the cream warm… Is this some kind of joke? It is clear that it is pointless to ask for anything, I just ordered ice coffee with syrup. Thank the eggs are done. Coffee at the bottom, milk on top! (It seems to be the opposite ...) There is no taste of syrup from the word at all. I come back and ask if the syrup was added. Says yes. The syrup was eventually found in milk, which lay perfectly on the coffee. Somehow they mixed it with a straw ... it's not clear if this franchise is the only one, because in Green and Hippo, the girls perfectly do everything you ask, they also throw in ideas for the best. The coffee has become not delicious, and the baristas who work there feel like they are making coffee for the first time. There is no specific recipe for making coffee (I'm not talking about the client's experiments), so you can drink the same drink with pleasure one day and throw it in the trash the second.
