I hope the coffee shop staff will hear one day and reconsider their approach to work, or change their jobs in principle)
I've known this coffee shop for a long time, since its opening in Orsha, I loved this place, I went there more than once with friends. But lately there has been no desire to go there because of the staff: there is no politeness, as if there is no desire to contact people, to do their job in good faith. Then there's only one question: are you in your place? Maybe you should change your business?
The coffee shop is nice and cozy, the menu is great, the coffee is awesome, but the hostility of the coffee shop staff simply discourages any desire to come there. No one asks to serve coffee with lots of compliments or good wishes, but the lack of simple politeness (to say hello cornyly) shows how disgusting it is for people to work there. It was different a couple of years ago, please fix the situation, it's very important for customers!)

The place is not very good, the staff is terrible, there is a 10% discount for students, I always presented a student ID, there were no questions, no problems, this time I come, a girl is sitting at the checkout who does not know how to calculate the discount, asks the one who makes coffee, and she was just too lazy, in response I received "it only works for the BRSM," coffee is crap, the attitude of employees to customers is the same, 0 stars.

Oyyyy! Well, get rid of everything! I liked all the positions.... but!!! They have ice cream... guys! As soon as you finish reading my review, immediately run there and buy ice cream, it's great!!!! 100 out of 10.
And so ... clean, tidy, convenient location, the atmosphere is well, the usual good
