We always went to this cafe because the child and I liked milkshakes.. We haven't been here for six months. We entered on 03/02/2024. The taste of the cocktail is like plain milk, and not fresh. Quite a decent coffee shop for Orsha. There is not much space inside, but this is normal for a coffee shop. I am satisfied with the taste of coffee in this coffee shop, because I usually take empty coffee without syrups. I have not encountered any bad attitude from the barista. I always ordered and paid for the order normally. Sometimes there are a lot of visitors, then you have to wait a long time, because usually only one barista works. The promotion "Every fifth coffee is free" works for small drinks, usually not copyrighted. There are always napkins, cinnamon, tubes, and glass lids.

The place is good, but lately there are not enough ingredients for your favorite drinks and you have to choose from those that are there. A small assortment of desserts. The staff, apart from one barista (Nastya) is disgusting. They demonstrate dissatisfaction, communicate extremely sharply, cannot tell you about the composition of the drink, and if they do, then with a dissatisfied intonation. As a visitor who has spent decent money, it is extremely unpleasant for me that barista friends come and do not buy anything, yell at the whole hall along with the staff and interfere with rest. The vocabulary is not always censored.
If only we could pick up better staff and better monitor their work for the head. In principle, the coffee shop is not bad.
