I ordered men's adidas sneakers as a gift. They took me and my husband from the post office, I did not look at it myself, I immediately gave it to them, thinking about pleasant emotions and a smile from a loved one. When my husband began to unpack the goods, I was shocked, I was burning with shame, the feeling was terrible. How many times have I ordered (not from them) I've never seen this. They came in a wretched box, erased, crumpled, glued with adhesive tape. The sneakers had dirty soles, the lining model was sent, or boo! I ordered it from them for the first time, since this model of sneakers was not available in the store in Minsk, where I usually buy.

This store has problems with the quality of shoes not for the first time, before that my brother took sneakers and the same nonsense, the sole cracked, it's your fault and they always write mechanical impact, they always say you tore it, you scratched it, it's all you, not that their shoes are of poor quality, the first time I handed over sneakers to the store they accepted, the expert's answer is a mechanical effect, cracks come from the sole, what kind of mechanical effect, I press my finger on the skin in front of them and it cracks itself, and they tell me this is a mechanical effect, it's you who fucked them from all sides, just excuse me, who is the expert there?They took the second one for examination once again to make sure that they wrote the conclusion correctly and said that we were to blame ourselves, and the fact that the skin from under the sole just started to crack, we were told by phone that this was not an important phenomenon, I will definitely attach a photo as I pick up the sneakers from the store.
