Poor cleaning quality due to long lead times... affordable price. I gave away my sneakers on 27.03 and took them away on 21.04. I didn't really care about the deadlines, because I had something to wear. Apparently there are so many orders that there is no time to do high-quality work.. I wore sneakers for 1 season, I gave them to the cleaners because of the suede, it's difficult to clean without the right brushes. Suede is light, hard, black, soft, and they need different brushes. There were traces of dirt on the light suede, the black suede was probably cleaned with a white coarse brush for white suede, thereby leaving white marks on it.. There were dirt stains on the laces and traces of sand under them.. I do not recommend contacting you if you have suede shoes. Photo attached

I gave my sneakers to be cleaned and put on a new insole on 02/21/2025. Assigned the order number. The expected ready time is 03.03.2025. As of 03/12/2025, the shoes are not only not ready, but also the date when they will be given to me is unknown...disgusting attitude towards the client. not that I don't recommend it, but I would also give a minus star if it were possible....and it is also unknown how they will do it(

We took the shoes to work (to put a patch on the back) right before the New Year (December 27) and on December 31st the pair was ready! Other workshops did not take up work in such a short time, but here they helped a lot And the work was done with high quality)
