I want to express my dissatisfaction not with the quality of the services, but with the attitude towards the client. I made an appointment in advance for Sunday at 10:00 for a pedicure, as only this time is free (a small child). I spent a long time choosing a place in the area of Mstislavets St., since I had never had a manicure /pedicure in this area before, I chose a place based on a high review, so as not to lose money and not get into a "bad place". As a result, at 9 a.m. they called me and said that the master "felt sick" and he would not come to work ("is it possible at all"?). And my record is canceled. Question to the administration: what do you mean, it just got bad after Saturday, is it even acceptable for a service to be canceled in an hour?! I have no questions if a replacement master would be offered! But I just got the service canceled!!!

One of the advantages is a cozy studio, a hospitable administrator. The manicure was done carefully, a little painfully (left a wound on the cuticle). The coating lasted a week - the first detachments began on the third day, and a little later the coating began to detach from the cuticle. I've had seizures before, but this is the first time. Also, the master did not notice the dimples on the coating, apparently something got caught during drying, I saw it already at home when I examined it carefully. It doesn't catch your eye, but the girls will understand - it's annoying)) I know about the warranty, but in my case it's irrelevant, since I left town the next day

I think the technology for applying a long-term CF coating or something else was not followed, but the coating peeled off on some nails (I work in the office, I did everything at home as usual), previously I could walk for a month and there were not even chips. Bottom line: ugly nails after wearing for up to 2 weeks, for that kind of money, I was surprised. I do not specify the master because I am not 100% sure that it is because of her, I do not know…
