Excellent location.
Positive: 1) all the main attractions are nearby. 2) the metro is 8-10 minutes on foot. 3) the view of the city during breakfast and the breakfast itself, you can eat so that you will be full before dinner. 4) there is a kettle in the room. 5) air conditioning 6) friendly staff will help you with everything, they speak Russian, English, Azerbaijani. 7) there is Wi-Fi.
Minuses: 1) the socket (there was one and then it almost hung out of the wall, I had to hold it when you take off and put on the charger and the cord from the kettle)
2) mini fridge for an additional fee.
3) a dirty bathtub, after the shower there was a puddle on the floor.
4) who registers in the booking, be careful, there is one address at 72, and in fact at 55. Because of this, we couldn't find a hotel for a long time.
It is mainly suitable for those who come to the hotel to spend the night, have breakfast and go explore the city)
Enough for 2-4 days.
No one enters the room during your stay, only upon your request for cleaning or changing towels.

The very center of the ancient city of Icheri-Sheher! The hotel is inside the city walls, among many narrow streets that do not look like one another, everything is very clean, all buildings are finished with sandstone. The hotel itself is consistent with the price and quality, the staff speaks Russian, they will always help, breakfast is served in the restaurant on the top floor, which offers panoramic views of the city and the sea. The breakfasts are the same, they consist of a set of cups with cheeses, jams, sauces, a kettle and bread, everything is delicious and did not bother, I do not want to eat until the evening. The room stock is different , there is a choice , towels are changed on request. The weak point of plumbing, first of all, check the operability of the shower cabins , if anything, require repairs or a change of room . Otherwise, everything is fine

This is the worst hotel we've ever visited! It's hard to call this place a hotel!
To begin with, this hotel simply does not exist, and Sofia, as the administrator convinced us, is just the name of the building, it is not clear which hotel.
Checks and payment receipts are not issued upon check-in, there are no hotel letterheads, and the change for check-in was given to us for more than three days.
The hotel has a disgusting smell of rot and mold, it is terribly dirty, the carpet is stained, dirty old wallpaper and mold stains under them, the whole bathtub is mildewed, it feels like it has never been washed, the bed linen is not white, but gray with dirt, everything is torn, mattresses, blankets, pillows are all stained with dirtthere are bedbugs in the beds, the doors to the room are locked with a key, and the lock was broken more than once, the entrance door itself with glass inserts. The hotel has no heating, there is an air conditioner, but it has never been serviced or cleaned, like everything in this hotel-the smell of dust also comes from it.There are no curtains on half of the windows, and on those that are, the curtains have also never been washed.
After the previous guests, the liquid is simply added to the tubes from the "shampoos" and put in your room.
The room has not been cleaned once in a week! They didn't even take out the trash.
The declared buffet is not possible to eat-rotten eggs, dry bread, rotten cucumbers and sausage with mold.
The owners and staff are real scammers-not a single room matches the photos on the booking sites.
It is better to live on the street than in this "hotel".
