Our vacation in Tashkent was always under the supervision and help of the hotel staff! They helped with the phone, taxi, advice (very useful), the hotel staff were always on top. We lived with the children in a family room. A great quiet large room with two rooms, the air conditioners worked perfectly (it was over 40 degrees outside)! Clean hotel, new clean pool, excellent breakfasts. If we visit Tashkent again, we will definitely stay, there are 24/7 supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby at the Sofia hotel

Wonderful hotel, cozy room, great view from the balcony, excellent staff, everything is clean, everything is neat, everything is polite, always ready to help in everything. The breakfasts are varied, but melon is the best 😍 I recommend

Recently settled my friend! Clean hotel with good staff! Great manager, make bonuses! The rooms are clean, the staff is responsive! The only request to the hotel is to take a closer look at the breakfast (buffet), probably you need to diversify the national cuisine, because the guests want our delicious food! I wish you success in your business and the expansion of the hotel chain! I recommend it! Alexander

A normal hotel by location in Tashkent for living in the capital and skiing in Amirsoy (i.e. this is the outskirts of Tashkent closest to Amirsoy). The rooms are all new (repairs are underway on the 3rd floor). Breakfast for 3, room rates for 4.

Отличный отель с бассейном .завтрак не заканчивается в десять .Всегда накормят ,поинтересуются чем помочь .ОЧЕНЬ внимательное отношение к гостям.Хотелось особенно отметить профессионала европейского уровня, управляющую отелем красивую девушку ,котороя решит все проблемы .Были в отеле третий раз ,вернеся снова .

Чисто и аккуратно. Вежливый персонал, особо хочется отметить управляющую Сарвиноз. Прилагает максимум усилий, чтобы пребывание в гостинице было комфортным!

Хорошая и приятная гостиница. Для моих нужд вполне достаточно всего было. Очень вежливый персонал. Хорошое местоположение. Конечно, улучшать и совершенствовать можно бесконечно) но мне жаловаться было не на что. Рекомендую 👍

Номер большой, шикарный. Холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор, тапочки, полотенца разные для разного, даже чайник и всё для чая. Персонал доброжелательный, но не исполнительный. Знаете как ХОП расшифровать?! ;-)

Отель вычурно пафосный и выглядит по-цыгански. Ремонт не свежий. Номера грязные, мой достался с непылесошенным ковром. Да и ощущение что на ковре на кого то убили, весь в мерзких пятнах. В ванной в герметике черная плесень, сантехника течет. Однозначно, номера своих денег не стоят, поблизости есть отели за 23-25$ которые чище и приятнее, хоть и проще и не такие пафосные. Завтрак средний. Персонал на ресепшене приветливый и хороший, только за это добавлю звезду.
