Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about a trip to Georgia (Batumi) from 30.07 to 13.08. We rested at the O. Galogre hotel. Natalia (Softtour tour operator) recommended this hotel to us. The hotel is good, the location is in the center of the oldest city. We got to the warmest days of the season, there was almost no rain. Although we only had breakfast at the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to restaurants allowed us to taste both Georgian and European cuisine. We liked the rest! We would like to say a special thank you to Natalia, as she described everything to us, and so our vacation went.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
We signed a contract for a tour worth 1300 € and paid 30% of the cost, the next day we called back and said that we were refused, because this tour costs 2600 €.
They mislead customers and do not comply with their obligations under the contract, I am extremely dissatisfied and will never contact them or advise them again. The sediment will remain for a long time
