We stayed at this hotel with a family with a two-year-old child.
The territory is large, well-groomed, green. The staff keeps order and cleanliness. The rooms are nice and spacious. The furniture is not dead. There was a balcony partially overlooking the sea.
There was no huge variety of dishes in the restaurant, but everything was fresh and delicious. Meat and fish steaks were constantly fried. You will definitely not stay hungry. It is clear that the staff tries and strives to please the guests.
The beach is large with stunning white sand. The ocean is magnificent! Equipped with sun beds, sunshades. Towels are available free of charge on site. On the left there is a rock formation, on the right the beach goes into the distance turning into a long spit. You can take walks and enjoy the local views! Catamarans and parachutes are also available for rent.
The animation is also good, several times groups came to entertain us with local Cuban music and dancing.
The bar has excellent quality alcohol, especially liked the dark rum "Havana club".
Since we were with a small child, I took only one excursion - "sea fishing" - I had an amazing time! I caught a few barracudas and was very pleased!
We had a great vacation here, of course there is a desire to come back here again!

It takes 10-15 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greets us with songs and dances and cocktails. 17 people settled in Sol from the bus with us, they were very quickly accepted and settled. The room had a view of the garden, followed immediately by the turquoise ocean. I saw small ants on the table in the room several times, but they did not scare us, so we did not annoy each other, perhaps the previous guests carried food to the room and they were waiting for food from us. Towels in the room and bed linen were changed daily, and of course we always thanked and left 1$.
Nutrition: for breakfast, they always made a great smoothie with fresh fruits, omelets, banana pancakes, there was always guava and mango juice. Fruits on the tables: guava, pineapples, watermelons, oranges, bananas, papaya. Side dishes: beans, cauliflower, baked pumpkin and rice in various variations. For fresh vegetables: only cucumbers and sliced pumpkin. Main dishes: fish baked and grilled, chicken baked and grilled, pork and beef also in two versions: stewed and grilled. Three times during the vacation there was stewed lamb (just bombically delicious) and 5 times seafood (mussels /squid / moluski). Even for lunch and dinner, delicious pasta was always cooked right in front of you among the main dishes!
About the bar: alcohol is normal - my husband did not suffer from headaches in the morning from it. They make delicious non-alcoholic cocktails and aromatic coffee in different variations.
80% of the staff are happy to please you even without tips, they were the ones who wanted to give you the most.
On the way from the room to the ocean, the gardeners will definitely greet you, offer you a coconut or weave a hat, and when they saw that my husband was baking in the sun, they brought freshly cut scarlet.
The ocean and the beach are gorgeous. But they did not let us into the ocean for three days, it was violent, but we went swimming behind a rock in shallow water, where the waves did not reach the shore.
We found ourselves a cheerful multinational company and did not get bored.
The equipment of the territory, by the way, is multifunctional, swimming pools for adults and children, swings, hammocks, a nightclub, a theater, a children's club, ball fields, height chess. The Cubans taught the eldest son to play billiards coolly.
In general, we were satisfied.
I forgot to write about animation: The animators are great, they constantly told me what where when and invited me to play / dance.

A nice hotel with a large well-maintained territory. Friendly staff. The food is good. A beach with pelicans. Everything is great. But!!! Now the hotel is undergoing a major renovation! And these are the smells of paint, the noise of a saw, etc., and throughout the territory from 7 a.m. There should be no guests in the hotel during this period! The response of the representative of Pegasus, Halita: "no one has complained before you," speaks of the company's indifference to its customers.

The hotel is lovely! Beautiful and well-groomed territory, beautiful beach, kind and helpful staff, rooms are clean and spacious. The chefs cook very tasty! I rested for 12 days and did not regret a second! Very decent 4 stars, the hotel justifies them, even more, not in all the top five you will find such an attitude towards guests! It is very noticeable that everyone is trying to make our vacation unforgettable. I left tips and chocolates as a gift in gratitude for the wonderful attitude.

Cons - the food was disappointing, only huge cucumbers with pits and lettuce from vegetables, there was no tomato, there were very few fruits, all of them were unripe. The fish is only frozen, which we do not buy in Moscow, chicken and meat saved the situation and delicious natural ice cream.
And mosquitoes, which the raptor did not save, since it is designed for a voltage of 200, and there are 100 sockets.

We knew where we were going , we chose along the beach (there are two at the hotel) and the best, the food is not Turkey ! But the egg, the meat was always there. Cola too) the pizza is delicious. The drunk is super high-quality, well, it's Cuba)the ocean is gorgeous, almost all the staff is good, they try. Отель для несильно притязательных туристов. Есть всё, но всё очень простое, старенькое. Минусы отеля меркнут перед крутостью солнца и океана. Изысков еды нет, но и голодными не останетесь. Помидоров не было вообще, скучал. Морепродуктов тоже было немного. Зато ром и пиво очень даже неплохо. Позитивны аниматоры, отзывчивый персонал. Много комаров и мошек, не забывайте репиленты. Есть розетки европейские. В номере утюг и доска. Фен. Доллары принимают, не верьте, что только евро.

Отдыхали в июне 2023г на Кубе ! Отель очень достойный , все включено , народу мало , очень комфортно , Атлантический океан с прозрачной , теплой водой ! Песчаный пляж ! Сказка ! Один только минус -это много комаров , нас предупредили . Рекомендую

We stayed at the hotel from 25.11 to 09.12.2023. When choosing, we were guided by reviews on the level of service and location. All positive assessments were fully confirmed. Good location, large territory of the hotel, a beautiful white sand beach and a delightful Ocean. The staff and the local population in general are very friendly. Some people scare us with poor nutrition, but this did not bother us, no one remained hungry. We will definitely go again and recommend it to others.

We bought a tour through Pegasus to this hotel. We took the best room, everything was included for free. But, we had to knock out everything that was included in the room. Terrible staff, spoiled by Canadians. If you didn't give a dollar, you're invisible to them. The employees are not trying hard. we had to constantly ask for something, even though we paid for it. Cuba was very upset by this. The food is monotonous. Wine is only red, white is a shortage in this hotel. there is no way to get into the Ala Kart restaurant, there is no animation. The only good beach. On the first day we met a huge red cockroach in the room. The change of bed linen and towels is only when you throw it on the floor, they don't understand it any other way, although they left a maid for tea every day. There was no hot water in our room for several days. there was no water in the other rooms for longer, we were lucky. The service is poor. The room is facing the ocean, but besides the ocean there is also a view of the fence and an abandoned hotel.

Отличный отель. Отдыхали 11 ночей с 20.03.23 по 1.04.23. Номера твердые 4. Питание и напитки 5+. Месторасположение 5+. Персонал 5+. Советую ехать в этот отель как с детьми, так и без. Отличный вид из отеля на океан. Отличное место! Спасибо персоналу отеля! Куба незабываема с этим отелем точно.

Первый визит на Кубу, в восторге! Удобное расположение аэропорта, 20 минут и вы в отеле. Очень теплая встреча в отеле с музыкантами и шампанским. Заселили сразу по готовности номера. Мебель не новая, но вписывается в общую картину. Шикарный пляж, свои лежаки, зонтики в виде пальм, недалеко риф, где можно увидеть рыб, морских звёзд и морских ежей. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Если вы будете давать небольшие чаевые (можно разменять по доллару на лобби баре), то получите свои "бонусы", коктейли на баре будут как вы захотите, рыбку подарят как вы любите и тд. Аниматоры очень стараются, дети были в восторге и по сути жили сами по себе) ходили в бассейн, кушали в ресторане....полный отдых в том числе от контроля родителей. Уезжали с чувством полного удовлетворения.

Хороший отель .! ♦ Сначала не пондравился , но на следущий год многие из наших что сдесь были попали на Варадеро ... там на много хуже оказалалось в сравнении !!Место мечтательного отдыха ! Прилетели с России из Костромы в марте/ апреле 2018 !!

Гостиница не новая, но везде чисто, небольшие проблемы с сантехникой(туалет тёк, душ работал только в одном режиме), еда сносная. Расположение отличное, два пляжа с белоснежным песком.

Не плохая четверка. Отличный пляж. На маленьком, ближе к скале, можно плсмотреть рыбок. Берите с собой хлеб из столовой и они вас порадуют своим к вас интересом. Еда не слишком разнообразная, но голодным не останешься. Уборка никакая! Не зависимо от чаевых. Коктейли вкусные и в меру алкогольные.

Питание ужасное,было с чем сравнить.Сам хороший,к канадцам отношение по обслуживанию лучше,чем к русским. И это понятно,русским острова Куба недавно стали открыты,канадцы летают туда как на дачу. Анимация отличная. Но океан,пальмы,облака,звезды, вообще природа- это восхитительно. За этим мы туда и поехали, ни о чем не жалеем. Отпуск удался.🤗

Близко к аэропорту, рядом есть два пляжа с разной глубиной и волнами. Персонал дружелюбный, бары классные, за территорией следят. Ни днём ни вечером не скучно, всегда есть чем заняться.
