Excellent kotokafe. The fuzzies are incredible. The staff is polite, they explain everything.
The institution has a 4000t deposit system, the food and drinks are delicious. You can have a great time next to the seals, there are board games.

A cozy little cafe with cats. The staff is polite, the coffee is delicious. The seals are clearly satisfied and well-fed, they are not afraid of people. Children over the age of 8 are allowed in. There is a small menu with salads and snacks

We had a nice hour of time contemplating the seals. The staff is friendly. The interior is tired, but this is a place for cats, obviously there will always be claw marks :)
If you have expectations that cats will run, play, sit on your hands, then most likely you should visit a place with other tame animals, it's definitely not about feline nature.

Unfortunately, the cafe disappointed and I can't recommend it. About everything in order:
1) the institution has a deposit system for 30 minutes - 2000 tenge
1 hour - 4000 tenge
2) for this amount you can buy drinks / food + 10% for the service (there is none there)
3) twice selected a position from the menu and both times it was not there
4) there are rules with children, but small children are still allowed (then why do you need this rule)
5) cats are aggressive or passive
6) I didn't feel comfort or coziness and I didn't like the coffee
7) only cat owners can approach
Ps: I won't come back here anymore and I don't advise you, it's not worth it

I walked past this cafe several times and saw small children in the windows, up to a year old somewhere. Therefore, I decided that I could go there with my daughter of 10 months. When I came in, we were told that the age of the visitors was from 8 years old (if I'm not mistaken, but about that age). To my remark that I saw visitors with young children at their place, they told me, "well, this is our joint."
I understand why there is an age limit in such establishments. But they should concern everyone then, and not just when the staff wants to let them in.
