I have repeatedly encountered the problem of the lack of promotional items on the shelf.
Last night, 16.03 after 21 o'clock, I specially went to the store for promotional mops. I didn't find it. I turned to the seller - she said that they were not there. I asked to look at the warehouse, but the seller replied that everything is put on display and if there is no room in the hall, then there will not be any in the warehouse.
In the morning I wrote through the feedback form on the website - they told me that there are a lot of mops available.
I called the store and was also told that there were a lot of them. I asked for what reason I was refused the sale in the evening - I didn't hear anything clear in response, just - come, from a lot.
The store's employees evade their official duties and refuse to purchase promotional goods to customers only for the reason that they do not want to go and take it out.
This is not the first time, so I decided to leave a review.
It's a disappointment.

It's a terrible store.Today we bought a salad, vinigrette, the seller assured that everything was fresh, when we came home we had to state the fact that the salad was not the first freshness, i.e. it looks like 2 days of cooking, sour...It's a shame, the evening is ruined...Advice to everyone, cooking on the Neighbors network on Dzerzhinsky 119 is disgusting!!!
