Today (11/14/2024) at about 18.00, a situation occurred: they took an energy drink and a couple of sweets with a young man, there were about 5 people at the checkout and decided to go to the self-service checkout. Since he has been an energy engineer since the age of 18, the seller's system was requested there. The woman who was sitting at the checkout with a red hair color with an involuntary face uttered the following phrase: How fucked up are you with this self-service, go stand at the checkout!
I asked her why you were yelling at us, but she didn't yell back. Then it happened that she put this barcode on us and told us to punch it ourselves) we will not ask for a passport, although the young man and I are quite young, but we both have 18 and basically always ask for a passport. She did not do this , and if we were not 18 years old , then, accordingly, this is a violation of the law on her part. What strikes me more is that she immediately started with dissatisfaction, even though she could just tell us to wait and there would be no questions, I work with people myself and have never allowed myself to talk to people like that in my life. This woman, in fact, did not fulfill her duties. My boyfriend told her: Everyone should work like this, to which she said: So work for yourself.
This is disrespectful attitude towards customers and failure to fulfill their duties. As I wrote above, if she had asked us to wait because she has people at the checkout and she does not have time, then there would be no questions, we all understand. But this is not normal.
I ask you to have a conversation with this woman, next time I will ask for a complaint book

On a regular basis, it is in this store that prices on price tags and prices in receipts do not match, far from favoring the buyer! When buying tomatoes at 5-6p per kg, the receipt can easily contain 10-12p and this applies to all product groups. This situation has been going on for over a year.
