Cons: - there is not enough product - boorish, sleepy staff we are standing with a girl at the self-service checkout, I have a zero in my hand. in front of us is a guy with a beer, and in front of him is a guy with wine. the guy with the wine brings the wine, and of course, the cashier's confirmation flies out. We are waiting. there is no cashier - he is laying out cigarettes two meters away from us. Haven't you heard that confirmation is required? Well, let's say. We stand on, waiting. I suggested that the guy go and get her, which he did. he went and called, to which they replied, "here's the QR code, scan it yourself" - absurd! he scanned it, came back and put it back where he took it. The guy with the beer is next in line. beer is still beeping, confirmation is still needed. he immediately goes and calls the same cashier. She huffs out, muttering to herself how tired she is of everything. He comes to the cash register and asks, "where's the QR code?" hence the questions - why is she asking customers this? There were THREE cash desks with cashiers in the crown and their location was more wonderful (located to the storage boxes and the exit, mega convenient), but now you need to bypass these boxes just to leave the store. The self-service cash register on these modest squares is really an extra headache. The one who came up with all this is a very strange person. Administration, pay attention to your unfortunate layout and do it in a human way!
