Minuses :
There are always queues.
Sleepy, uncaring, and boorish staff at the ticket counters.

There is no staff to reach the self-service checkout.

The store is not bad, within walking distance. There are a lot of goods for every day, I come here often. But the staff spoils the whole impression. More than once I came across appalling rudeness from an employee (unfortunately, I don't know what position he is in). A young man of short stature is rude to customers, allows himself to shout at other employees right in the sales hall in front of customers. I'm thinking about not visiting this store.

Visiting this store turns into an exciting (no) quest: there are always problems at the self-service checkout counters, and employees are playing invisible.
Bravo, organization! Self-service that makes you feel like an idiot, and staff who pretend you don't exist. The service is excellent! (sarcasm). Management, do you go into your store yourself?
