It's a great place, I come here very often. I like cleanliness, order, lots of locations, the absence of children and well-behaved guests. The staff is excellent at the reception, at the spa and on the third floor, they always prompt and smile. The only huge disadvantage for me is the staff and service in the restaurant. The waiting time is quite long, even the soup is served for about 20 minutes. Very often the dishes are cold, the waiters and the receptionist constantly confuse something, communicate in a strange manner. For a one-time visit, when you spend the whole day there, you can close your eyes to many things and not notice. When you visit often and every time there are some jambs, you need to set aside at least an hour for a visit, even if it's just a snack, it's frustrating and you'll think again whether to go there at all or not.

A very good place to rest and reboot. I liked the interior, the atmosphere, the service. There is a fairly good selection of spas, saunas, baths and programs. A set is provided at the entrance: towel, slippers, bathrobe. There are also collective scrubbing and steaming sessions. We tried the bread from the oven, which is quite tasty with seeds and dried apricots. You can drink tea or a glass of water near the baths and saunas. Perhaps we can distinguish 3-stage Chinese baths, they are initially immersed at 37 degrees, then at 6, and at the end at 42. Quite unusual sensations in the body when changing the bathroom. But we liked it. There is also a Jacuzzi outside, although it was cold, but the experience is interesting. On the 3rd floor there are spaces with Turkish-style ottomans, you can lie down and drink tea. There is a spacious swimming pool for those who like to swim. In general, we are satisfied with the visit. Our rating is 10 out of 10. And the best thing about this institution is the absence of children.

A pleasant place, a large selection of baths, a Jacuzzi - everything you need for a water holiday. It's not a very large shower room, it's not in perfect condition, but it's generally OK.
Towels, sheets and a bathrobe are provided, as well as slippers on request.
There are a lot of coolers with water and cups inside (but unfortunately I didn't find hot water in any of the coolers), there are also teas and sugar.
You can get to the time when they give out a scrub for a Moroccan bath.
There is an unpleasant smell in the hammam, as everywhere else.
The restaurant is top-notch in terms of food, and it's also not bad in terms of delivery speed. From time to time, the waiters forget or confuse something.

It's a beautiful place. During his rest, you can drink two types of tea and water. Various baths. Collective vaping sessions are held (the bath attendant is a very cheerful, positive man, staged a real show).
There are also scrubbing sessions (salt and essential oils are brought according to the schedule). And the most fragrant thing is the bread baking sessions. It is better to come to the sessions a little in advance: there are a lot of people who want to, there may not be enough places, salt and bread.
The staff is courteous and attentive.

We were in 2021, on a weekday. There weren't many people. A big plus is that there are no children. Collective soaring is above all praise. Of course, if you go for the whole day, lunch is necessary. I took the Baltic ritual complex, which included lunch with a drink in a restaurant, and my friend just paid for the entrance, the ritual and lunch - it cost her more, because the prices in the restaurant are "good", if you plan to order additional services and dine, it makes sense to consider some kind of complex. In general, I liked everything: clean, fresh, in the showers and body cream and cotton swabs and a dryer for swimwear. I will not write about saunas and steam rooms, there is a lot in the reviews and on the website-everyone will find it for themselves. I really liked the ice baths and the Japanese sauna. The staff is haughtily polite and courteous. At the reception, the girl told us about the script center. When I asked her something that interested me, she gave me a languid look and said she would tell me about it later... and continued the learned text. Perhaps this is a requirement of the management, but, as for me, lively and dynamic communication with clients is much more pleasant to perceive. Lunch was ordered in advance at the restaurant, and a drink was waiting for us when we arrived. We wanted to move to another table. Immediately, they tried their best to get us to our seats. When asked if the neighbors were booked, they received a negative answer. They couldn't explain why they couldn't move. With difficulty, we moved. I liked the lunch. I was at the end of August - the barrier behind the building was not working, I went there to park the car in the shade, later it turned out that these were the places of employees. My car was propped up by a jeep and a man called me threatening to call the traffic police. At the same time, the parking spaces themselves did not indicate that they belonged to anyone. It's a very cool place! We came with my husband for a spa program and just a rest. The program was taken by "Polessky motifs" (for two) the bath attendants are just great! They gave us a wonderful steam, the massage therapists are great too, my husband snored during the massage)) there are a lot of different baths and saunas, there is a snow room, baptismal font, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, including outdoors. In general, we didn't have time to go around everything all day, but we really liked it, I strongly recommend it! Oh yes, if you take a spa program, then parking for you will be free right at the center.

First, they scrub with a stiff brush, as the skin is peeled off (although it is easy to ask), it is not pleasant, then they smooth the body with a bag of foam, it was pleasant, then they pour water over it and the procedure is finished 95p. And soap with an unpleasant smell, it gives off acetone, this soap is used throughout the spa. Another disadvantage is that I found a robe with holes. The locker rooms have underfloor heating, clean, good hair dryers, cotton pads and sticks, shower stalls, gel shower and shampoo. In general, I liked the complex.

The very modern and stylish design of the building itself, everything is so beautiful and thought out to the smallest detail. There is order and cleanliness everywhere. A huge selection of baths! A very pleasant place. There are many very different steam rooms without extra charges. There is a cold room and a cold hole. There are even more things with surcharges. The pool is quite large, the depth from the waist to the chest in different places. The Jacuzzi is just super, as is the Japanese bathhouse! A bathrobe and a pair of towels are provided free of charge on site. There is both shampoo and shower gel in the shower. There is free water and tea inside. It's a small thing, but it's very nice. Several times a day they are treated to awesome bread of their own baking. Come at lunchtime and sit inside until closing time. As a pinch of minus, I will add that the restaurant is quite expensive and the dishes are somewhat confusing, I would like something more predictable.

Now I just came without any innovations or emotions. There are locations where at all. something is not working. It is a tunnel of impressions, two gaps where sensors and buttons do not work. The price is not justified for me, even the parking was made paid for visitors. Therefore, plan ahead and I advise you to take a taxi. There were times when there were young people there, now there are adults. The services are very good, massages, baths. There are no questions for the staff at all, people do their job conscientiously, but the management seems to have given up on the service and visitors.

The staff is super, everything was shown / told.
Clean, nice. I really liked the path over the stones, sometimes cold, sometimes hot.
Events are held throughout the day, a stand at the reception. If you skip it in the morning, they repeat throughout the day!
Scrubbing, fans in the bath, bread from the oven is delicious.
What surprised me the most was the jet gun for hands in the pool, awesome, just highs.
There are of course a couple of disadvantages, but they are not significant:
- I would like to have more outdoor Jacuzzis, since there is not enough of one, there are always a lot of people, you can't relax…
- well, artificial flowers, in such a place I would like them to look beautiful, at least in two places they need to be replaced. The photo shows a place near the pool where it says “Spa Riviera”, it's a business card, and the flowers seem to be 7 years old.

Then I go to the hydro massage area and do everything alternately on different parts of the body 3 times each, I agree it's painful for the unaccustomed, but it's absolutely useful. Then some tea, it's always there to choose from and available to everyone. We go to the Russian steam room, about 4 times, preferably getting into a group steam bath, bathers will throw if there is not enough temperature or you can ask for a "mug" or bring snow from the room next to it and throw it on the stove, in between steamings - a bucket of cold water and necessarily a font with ice water at the exit from the steam room, we bring the body is in a state of contrast when it is strongly overheated and cooled for 30 seconds in ice water. Next, according to the schedule, we go to the bakery near the pool, where they will treat you to wonderful bread of their own production. You need to go to the review for 6 hours steadily. For the first time I visited the Riviera SPA on the recommendation of a friend. And you know, I didn't regret it for a second. I had a rest according to the Standart program. In three hours, I managed to visit about 8 saunas (I especially liked the Roman one), a Jacuzzi, baths with water of different temperatures, a grotto and pleasure showers, and also a snow room!!!!A cool pool and areas with underwater massage of different parts of the body (especially the palm massage impressed!!!🔥). The pool is huge, the water is of a pleasant temperature.
Despite the fact that it was my first time without company, I was not bored or lonely. The staff is very polite: everything was clearly explained and shown at the beginning. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail (textile accessories, drinking water, tea, a safe for a recharging phone, books, etc.). The atmosphere is calm, pleasant music.
I was there on a weekday evening, everything was clean, no fuss.
It's nice that there is a restaurant on site. I had a delicious meal!!!

The food in the bar is over, there are only nuts and squid left. There are no seats in the restaurant on the 3rd floor, we went up there several times and there is only one answer. The establishment was not ready for such a large number of people on a holiday.

Thanks to Dmitry K's vaping, it was possible to turn off the flow of everyday thoughts, relax and even fall asleep in the hay bath. At the second-floor bar, cheerful bartender Alexander makes delicious coffee, and the receptionist girls give smiles. My favorite among the baths is the Pontian one. Fragrant brooms are suspended inside, it looks not only beautiful, but also useful (like an inhalation of the whole body). I also really like Japanese, Himalayan, here you can continue…

The only thing that really spoiled the impression was that they tried to pre-book a massage, but no one at the call center picked up the phone during business hours. Upon arrival at the SPA, they asked us to sign up for a sports massage, and on the way out it turned out that we were signed up for a sports SPA, which in fact, according to the administrator, is the same thing, but more expensive by 30% (the session is 15 minutes longer). Here is a wish to the management of the institution, if you have essentially the same procedures with variation, the administrator should clarify with the client what he orders and explain the differences before providing the service.
The institution itself and the service as a whole are 5 out of 5.
3 stars in the review for management, because such situations are not acceptable for an institution of this level.

The only disadvantage is that the prices for a snack, and even more so for a normal meal, are simply inadequate. A very cozy, aesthetically beautiful place where everyone will find something to their liking. A spacious recreation area, different baths in temperature and design. Free tea and coffee throughout the recreation area, there are charging safes. A separate love jacuzzi on the street.

I recently visited the Riviera Spa, and I had extremely positive impressions! The atmosphere is just magical. Many people have already written about the baths and spa areas themselves, I will write about the restaurant.
Now about the food in the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the spa - it was a real gastronomic journey! Every dish I tried was not only beautifully decorated, but also incredibly delicious. I especially remember the ravioli with salmon — they were rich and fragrant. Hummus with vegetables, cooked to perfection, just melted in my mouth.
Overall, dinner at the Riviera Spa was a real feast of taste for me. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to many.
