Spar is like Spar, he meets you when you arrive in Georgia by car and accompanies you when you leave. For us Russians, this is a place where, when leaving, you can buy goods that are not available in Russia. The assortment is normal, everything is neat, the staff is on site.

The store is very small with a meager assortment, but the worst thing is the level of service. It's just a disaster. The service at the checkout is very slow, there is something to compare it with, so the queues are often huge, some just turn around when they see a kilometer-long queue and leave. It is clear that the customer turnover here is large, the location of the store is ideal, but it could be more if the cashiers were more efficient and at least sometimes smiled out of politeness and greeted like normal people, especially if the customer does it first. In the stores of this chain in other countries, there is a specific memo for staff: "Hello, do you need a package? Will you pay by card or in cash? Thank you very much for your purchase, we are waiting for you again." The client will be very pleased with this simple procedure. I understand that, most likely, there are not enough working staff, the guys are exhausted and tired all day, so I give a three-star rating for their efforts and hard work, it is the concern of the administration to improve their conditions and conduct a confidential briefing. Revenue will grow from such simple solutions, turnover will increase, and staff will have an incentive to work more efficiently. And it is also very inconvenient to take some goods, you need to wait for the staff, torn between laying out the goods and the need to weigh, cut off the product, which inconveniences both the client and the employees. Please take the above as constructive criticism aimed at improvement.

I am used to these chain stores in St. Petersburg, they always have a good choice and service. But here I was surprised, as if it wasn't SPAR at all. There are a lot of people during rush hours, and employees are clearly overloaded with official duties. Four stars, because I'm used to the brand.

The assortment of the stall is incredible, how on such a tourist flow you can so disregard the management of your own store. I am sure that with due diligence, the owners could make x10 profit, but, in the process, they don't care at all, the store is designed "for fishlessness and cancer fish". And there really aren't any shops in the town. Horror.

If you want to be bullied for money and bullied, then you should go to this store. There is only one price tag, but there is 2 times more in the receipt at the checkout. When asked why, they say that this one was yesterday. And if you don't like something, then go to Russia. Stepantsminda survives only due to passing Russian cars. They strive in Europe, but the service is Georgian. Such piggishness is very sad
