A place with a Soviet atmosphere. In addition to the smell of the canteen, the attitude towards customers is about the same... a child's birthday was celebrated... We called in advance and booked tables and paths (2)... Upon arrival, it turned out that the reservation of tables had disappeared somewhere, but at the moment everything had just been taken... After that, they refused to give us bowling shoes, arguing that there are already 11 children there, and 13 will be inconvenient for you and there are a lot of you (although there should have been more people and were warned)... After the request to issue a book of complaints and suggestions, they decided to let it go anyway. (provided that they didn't plan to play, and they didn't have to go to the tracks, but it's super not to let the children in)... In the end, there was a 15% discount on the birthday (they asked us to take our passport with us), it turns out that we also had to bring a photocopy for the discount and give it to them... They couldn't do it themselves, and that they didn't have the right to take personal data from customers, they said they didn't care if they wanted a discount, let's get a photocopy, according to them, there was no place to do it themselves (the accounting department was working at that moment, they were on a weekday, and there was a copier)... There was no desire to swear, no matter how the children were already waiting around and there was no desire to spoil the birthday... In general, I wish to hire a crisis manager for these 15% to close the institution or to train employees in legal and cultural literacy.
In general, the repair is tired, the carpet has already been erased, the food is like in a canteen, the staff \ administrator are sad and boors ...
And the saddest thing for Gomel, this will continue, because there is no choice in the city... Or a murdered Soviet deputy or children without fulfillment of a wish ... :(
