We needed to change the oil. Well, knowing that they do it in the Savior, we went there, but we regretted it very much in the future. The sign says: "express" oil change. Why are they in quotation marks? Yes, because usually the replacement lasts 10, at most 15 minutes, and despite the fact that it is supposedly an "express" in the savior, we gave birth to all 35, although there was no queue for replacement, when we arrived the car was already being replaced, and we were next. Then, 30 minutes later, the replacement car left, but the gate closed after it. We're like, "I mean, how is that? ". And there was a door in the gate for people to get out. Well, the mechanic who changes the oil comes out of this door. He goes out, goes to the trash, lights a cigarette and holds it out for 5 minutes. Before going back into the box, he shows us with a gesture like come in. He changed the oil for 15 minutes. And attention: for all this joy, we gave 14 rubles! I won't go there as a substitute in my life, and I don't advise anyone.

Today they forgot about me, I brought the nozzles for cleaning, it was announced 1.5-2 hours walk - we will call as soon as we are ready... I walked for 5 minutes, couldn't stand it - I arrived, take a walk for 10 minutes. I understand everything that it is wrong to climb under the master's arm and you can not rush, but somehow everything is wrong here, they look from above, there is no such service here. There is no serious, high-quality approach to the client, but pathos. Sadly. You wait 5 hours, you don't rush to do well, but you get a blunder in 10 minutes. I'm only going to go here for suspension diagnostics for another mb, it's unlikely.
