I liked it here. It's amazing that I haven't visited this place before. The summer terrace is cozy and the inside of the establishment is nice. The prices are democratic. Live music in the evenings.
The place is pleasant. I love the summer terrace. But in winter, of course, we spent time in the gym. We chose a hall with a Christmas tree. The most decent place in the area. The service is courteous, the dishes are delicious, the prices are affordable. There is a 10% discount on the birthday and they also brought a dessert with congratulations. There is enough space between the tables, and the furniture is comfortable. We liked everything. Thank you 🙌

Lately, sometimes we go to this restaurant with a guy. The quality of the cuisine and service is amazing. The waiters are very caring and helpful, I often doubt the choice, but they always prompt and advise me, they have never missed a shot. It is also clear that administrators are trying to control everything, and not just pretend. An assortment of dishes to suit any mood, but it's sad that the pasta was removed, carbonara really liked. I also advise you to take cocktails and lemonades: they make themselves and are very tasty!

This is a really Special place, the food here is unrealistically delicious. The restaurant has a new chef, his new dish "Salmon fillet with asparagus in champagne sauce" is a Delight. We also tried pumpkin puree soup with shrimps, mushroom puree soup from boletus, shrimp with spinach, duck with pear, desserts cheesecake and brownies - everything was decent. Their famous Pornstar Cocktail is a special treat).
The entrance to the restaurant is down the stairs, has three halls, many seats, an interesting interior. The service is professional, the waiting time is ~15-20 minutes. The women's bathroom even has personal hygiene products 👍🏻). I definitely recommend you to visit.

We decided to choose this place for lunch. We ordered dishes from the lunch menu. The food is all delicious: first courses, second courses, and salads. I liked everything except the mint lemonade. The portions are not very large. It was just right for the woman, but it wasn't enough for the men to eat. 2 servings of ciabatta, that's 4 small pieces: 2 white and 2 black.
Overall, my impressions were positive, I liked the food, the waiters were friendly and efficient, but there are also points that can be improved.

The place itself is cozy, the interior is nice, but the staff... we were on Monday evening, the table was booked, but there was no one at the reception, the waiters were at the reception. When booking, I asked for a table near the children's room, they put me at the other end of the hall, they say, there will be a noisy company there. We insisted that we be seated closer to the room. Nick didn't even think about carrying the high chair, I dragged it myself, even though I warned that I would be with the child. The waiters don't listen at all. You tell a girl one thing, it brings another. This is not to mention that they looked extremely tired and not collected. Maybe it's Monday, but somehow it's not professional. In the children's room, the toys were not washed, it's scary to imagine how many. The smell of bleach in the room is somehow unpleasant. There are no complaints about the kitchen, it was delicious, and so was the children's menu. In general, you can visit, but, apparently, not on a weekday and it's better without children.

The eggplant salad was excellent, the beef stewed in wine was quite decent, but the wine was somehow not very noticeable. But the salad with duck fillet let me down, the fillet was kind of raw.
During the dinner, a young man in sweatpants flashed by in the hall, chatting cheerfully with the waitresses. He may be a good person, but there is a place and a time for everything. It is better to wear branded clothes in the restaurant hall.,

It's not a bad place, but there are nuances. Tom Yam is delicious, seafood is present, although squid is rubbery, rice is semi-aldente, without salt, without vinegar, without dressing, fresh. Fish and Chips is a great position, the batter is delicious, the potatoes are great, and the sauce is great. Beef tartare is coarsely chopped, difficult to chew, extremely weak position. Nicoise salad is fresh, but bland, not salty, homemade mayonnaise does not save, tuna is cooked correctly, but, unfortunately, they forgot to put avocado, although it is present in the photo and in the description of the aggregator too. The wok with chicken is very tasty, it feels roasting, an excellent dish, although it is underweight in 50g, the portion is small, only half the "box". Cream soup from boletus is a delicious, rich mushroom flavor, but the texture is more jelly than cream, which does not negate its excellent taste qualities, it comes with ciabatta, which would be better to brown at least a little.
The place is not bad, I will definitely come back again, perhaps if I had ordered on the spot, then all the nuances could have been solved immediately.

In catering, the main thing is the work of the staff and the kitchen. To make it delicious and the service is on top. The interior certainly plays a role, but this factor is not primary. Who needs an interior if the service is below the baseboard and not tasty.
I recommend that shareholders establish service and staff work, and only then invest and hire SMM workers. Because right now, it's wasted money. Attracting customers with promotion and then receiving such feedback is not the most reasonable strategy.
Comments on the staff:
1. When visiting the terrace, no one met. The staff showed up 3-5 minutes later. There was some kind of meeting, after which they left. At the same time, it was evening and there were many occupied tables in the hall
2. The clothes and appearance of the staff. The girls are not well-groomed, not neat. Terrible-looking dishwashers or cleaners constantly walked around the guest area, while their clothes were so dirty that they panicked if you would get poisoned after such unsanitary conditions
3. The staff moves around the hall very fussily, quickly, practically running, in a hurry. This creates an atmosphere of fuss, does not allow customers to relax and have fun.
4. The staff is not assigned to certain areas and tables. Takes an order from one, brings another. The dishes are served in a variety of ways. All three of his dishes were brought to one at once, one to the other, and nothing to the third. The child was brought food after 1 hour and 15 minutes, when all the adults had already eaten.
5. Cleanliness. Not a single dirty plate has been removed from the table in an hour.
6. The answer to all the claims was - we have a high load. So maybe you should first recruit more staff, form shifts, and then place ads?

We come here with our family almost every weekend, we always come back with pleasure, because it's delicious!
This time we took our favorite carpaccio, cream soup from boroviki, borscht, baby Shrek and fondans for dessert. We didn't wait long for the order, we immediately received our fresh fruits (very tasty orange here, always sweet). The staff is very attentive, it's nice that they keep track so that nothing superfluous remains on the table. They are always interested in whether they liked the dish.
And special thanks for the delicious buns and tartlets from the bakery.

Unfortunately, the expectations did not match reality.
I chose the institution mainly because of the presence of a children's playroom, but I have never seen such horror in any other place. The playroom turned out to be very dirty: the toys were torn, broken, only the plush ones — and they were dirty too. I understand that there may be stains and so on, but not so much that it is unpleasant to pick up.
Food: the draniki turned out to be fried on the outside, raw on the inside. The salad turned out to be delicious, which is why I gave it two stars.

They chose it for one simple reason: the presence of a children's room (as it turned out, there are not many restaurants with a children's room in Minsk). There are no complaints about the food, everything is delicious. But the service... do you guys really think that going to the banquet table 6 times in an evening is good service? Empty plates were not cleaned, dirty napkins lay on the table all evening. They forgot to cook one hot dish, although it was not included in the bill later. Since you have called yourself a restaurant, please be kind enough to match it. I gave 4 stars only for the food and the presence of a children's room. By the way, we celebrated a birthday here last year, everything was on top. And this year it's just sad(

What I absolutely did not like was the children's playroom: old, very dirty toys, dirty chairs, a chair, a TV remote control in the children's room to pick up It's not pleasant...
What I liked: we made a 10% discount on the DR and a dessert for the recipient as a gift. Near the metro.
